<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRA SKA
<br />In The Matter of the Estate )

<br />of Robert R.Ellis,Deceased )
<br />Now on this 13th day of June,1942,this cause carne on for hearing on the Final Report of Roy R.
<br />Ellis,a duly appointed,qualified,and acting administrator of the estate of Robert R.Ellis,deceased,
<br />and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that notices as required by law has been given
<br />to all persons interested as to the filing of said report and the time fixed for final settle -
<br />ment of said estate by publication and no objection or protest has been Filed and on examination
<br />thereof,the Court finds that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and
<br />allowed as the Final Report of said administrator ;that he has accounted for all the property
<br />coming into his hands or under his control.
<br />The Court further finds that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said deceas-
<br />ed of. the time and place appointed for filing of claims is fully expires; that all claims filed
<br />and allowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding
<br />against said estate and not so filed,if any such there be,are therefore forever barred and exclud-
<br />ed.
<br />IT IS ,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED,AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barred and
<br />excluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against said estate and that the same is
<br />fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that Robert R.Ellis departed this life intestate on the 15th day of August,1937;
<br />that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska and that
<br />he left surviving him as his heirs -at -law and his only heirs -at -lava the following named persons;
<br />Della B.Ellis,his widora;Pearl. Brown,daughter;Roy Ellis,a son;all of legal age.
<br />The Court further finds that Robert R.Ellis died siezed of the following described real estate
<br />situate in Hall County,Nebraska;
<br />The West Forty -four (44) feet of Lot Five (5) in Block Twenty (20),Section Five (5),Township Ten
<br />(10),Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M.,Village of Alda,Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />Lots Eight (8) and Nine (9) in Block Ten (10),Section Five (5),Township Ten (10),Range Ten (10),
<br />West of the 6th P.M.,01arkson's Addition to the Village of Alda,Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one -fifth (1/5) interest in Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) in Block Three (3),Clarkson's
<br />First Addition to the Village of Alcia,Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />And of the following described real estate situate in Finney County,Kansas;
<br />An undivided one -fifth (1/5) interest in the Northwest quarter (NWJ) of Section Fifteen (15) ,
<br />Township Twenty -Two (22),Range Thirty (30),West of the 6th P.M.,Finney County,Kaneas.
<br />The Court further finds by operation of laws of the State of Nebraskasaid real estate did pass
<br />and descend in fee simple title as follows; to Della B.Ellis,an undivided 1/4 interest ;to Pearl
<br />Brown,and to Roy Ellis each,an undivided 3/8 interest.
<br />The Court further Finds that Robert R.Ellis was not possessed of any personal property at the
<br />time of his death.
<br />IT TS THEREFORE ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED By the Court that the following described real est�te
<br />to wit;
<br />The West Forty -four (44) feet of Lot Five (5) in Block Twenty (20) Section Five (5),Township Ten
<br />(10),Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M.,Village of Alda,Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />Lots Eight (8) and Nine (9) in Block Ten (10),Section Five (5),Township Ten (10),Range Ten (10),
<br />West of the 6th P.M.,Clarkson's Addition to the Village of Alda,Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one -fifth (1/5) interest in Lots 9 +_x (6) and Seven (7) in Block Three (3),Clarkson's
<br />First Addition to the Village of Alda,Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />An undivided one -fifth (1/5) interest in the Northwest quarter (NWJ) of Section Fifteen (15),
<br />Township Twenty -two (22),Range 30,West of the 6th P.M.,Finney County,Kansas.
<br />Did pass and descend on the death of Robert R.Ellis under the terms and provisions of the laws of
<br />the State of Nebraska in the following manner to wit;
<br />To Della B.Ellis,an undivided 1/4 interest therein;to ?earl Brown,an undivided 318 interest therein;
<br />to Roy Ellis,an undivided 3/8 interest therein; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED By
<br />the Court that the administrator and his bondsman are hereby released from any and all liability.

<br />Is hereto attached ;that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name,
<br />and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,and that the
<br />foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
