<br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) I, Paul N.Kirk, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska., do hereby
<br />HALL COUNTY )ss' certify that I have compared the foregoing copy of Final Decree entered
<br />IN THE 14AT 'ER OF THE ESTATE OF HANS PATHMAN, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now
<br />remaining in spid Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such
<br />original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached;
<br />that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the
<br />legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation
<br />is in due form of law.
<br />I further certify that a copy of the last will and testament of said decedent, together with a
<br />copy of the certificate of probate thereof, is included in and made a part of said final decree.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ANNA SCHIMMER
<br />I. Anna Schimmer, being of sound mind and disposing mem ory, do make and publish this, my last
<br />will and testament in the manner and form following, that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial, be first paid.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of my property, both real and
<br />personal, and whether now held by me or hereafter acquired, to my sons, Martin Schimmer and Walter
<br />Schimmer, share and share alike, the children of either of the aforesaid sons to take by right of
<br />representation; and in the event that either of said sons should depart this life leaving no
<br />children, then his share shall go to the other son above named.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my son, Martin Schimmer, as Executor of this will.

<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the-8th day of January, 1942, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />Anna Schimmer, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 4th day of February,
<br />1942, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Anna Schimmer,debeased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Anna Schimmer, Deceased.
<br />This cause came on for hearing this 8th day of July, 1942, upon the final report and petition
<br />for settlement of the executor, Martin Schimmer, and for his discharge.
<br />The Court, having examined the records and files, receipts and vouchers, and being duly
<br />advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested
<br />in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore ordered
<br />by the Court, and no one appearing to object thereto:
