<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of tine County Court, in and for said County, do . hereby certify that on
<br />the 12th day of January, 1942, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />Hans Rathman, deceased, -rq,s filed fo -, probate in this Court. That on the 2nd day of February,
<br />1942, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Hans Rathman, deceased, and
<br />the same ?�Tas ordered to be recorded in ' the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, this
<br />2nd day of February, 1942.

<br />FOURTH.
<br />The Court further finds t'lat said Mary Rathman named in said petition was, upon her giving bond
<br />in th.- sum of X1,000.00, as ordered by this Court, duly appointed Executrix as prayed and that she
<br />took her oath as Executrix which was duly filed therein and Letters Testamentry duly issued to
<br />her by this Court on February 3, 1942, and was allowed one year in which to settle said estate
<br />from the third day of February, 1942; the Court further finds tna..t the deceased at the time of
<br />his death, was a married man and that he left the following heirs -at -law, to -wit: Mary hathman,
<br />his widow, Edward Rathman, a son, Fred Rathman, a son, Linda Rathman Mayer, a daughter, Evelyn
<br />Rathman Gibbs, a daughter, Margaret Rathman Wellwood, a daughter, Glenna Rathman, a daughter.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />That on the 3rd day of February, 1042, an order of this I Court was made allowing creditors
<br />three months from and after the 4th day of March, 1942, in which to file their claims with the
<br />proof thereof against said. estate and that all claims outstanding against this estate, not so
<br />filed within the time so limited, should be forever barred, and that a hearing be had at the
<br />office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 6th day of June, 1942, at 9 o'clock
<br />A.M. on all claims filed against this estate, and further ordering that notice of the time allowed
<br />and place aprointed for filing claims against the estate of said Hans Rathman, deceased., and of
<br />the time fixed for hearing on said claims against said estate, be given to all persons interested
<br />by publishing such notice for three successive wep�s in the Grand Island,Indegend.ent, a legal
<br />newspaper published and circulating in said Hall County, Nebraska, prior to the 4th day of March,
<br />1942' and it appears by proof on file that notice of said. order was published as ordered by this
<br />Court.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 18th day of March, 1942, the said Mary Rathman as Executrix
<br />filed in this Court her inventory of the property of said estate, and that according to said
<br />Inventory the deceased died siezed and possessed of t"e following described property, to -wit:
<br />The Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section Eleven (11) and the South Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SISW4) and the North Half of the Northwest Quarter (NINW4) of Section Thirteen
<br />(13) and the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section Fourteen (14) , all in Township Twelve
<br />(12),North,Ra.nge Eleven (11),West of the Sixth P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Personal property of the value of $1169.00
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />That according to the terms and conditions and provisions of the Last Will and Testament of
<br />said Hans Rothman, deceased, said property was devised and bequeathed as follows, to -wit: Unto
<br />Mary Rathman, widow of spid Hans R�athma.n, all personal property of every kind and nature absolutely;
<br />Northeast Quarter (NE;;) of Section Eleven (11) and the South Half of the Southwest Quarter (SISWU
<br />and the North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N2NW-,:j') of Section Thirteen (13) and the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE4) of Section Fourteen (14), all in Township Twelve (12) North,Range Eleven (11),West
<br />of the Sixth P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska., unto Edward Rathman, Fred Rathman, Linda Rathman
<br />Mayer, Evelyn Rathman Gibbs, Margaret Rathman Wellwood and Glenna Rathman, share and share alike
<br />to them and to their heirs forever, subject, however, to a life estate unto said Mary Rathman for
<br />and during the term of her natural life therein.
<br />The Court further finds that on t
<br />barring all claims not filed against
<br />and the costs of said administration
<br />settlement with herself individually
<br />including her widow's allowance.
<br />EIGHTH
<br />,ie 6th day of June, 1942, an order of this Court was made
<br />said estate; that all debts and claims against said estate
<br />in said estate, have been paid and said Executrix has made
<br />for all of the personal property belonging to said estate,
<br />NINTH.
<br />The Court further finds that there is no inheritance tax due and payable to the County Treasurer
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, nor to the United States of America whatsoever herein.
<br />IT IS THERFFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Mary
<br />Rathman, as Executrix in said estate be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as such;
<br />further that Mary Rathman, widow of said testator, Edward Rathman , a son, Fred 8a- thman, a son,
<br />Linda Rathman Mayer, a. daughter, Evelyn Rathman Gibbs, a daughter, Margaret Rathman Wellwood, a
<br />daughter, and Glenna Rathman, a daughter, are all and the only heirs -at -law of said deceased, and
<br />that the �;roperty described in paragraph Sixth hereof descends according to the terms of said
<br />Last Will and Testament as set forth in paragraph Seventh of this decree; further that said
<br />Executrix has fully carried out all the terms and provisions of said Last Will and Testament and
<br />has made settlement acc1ording to law and that she be and hereby is discharged as such Executrix
<br />and her bone! released.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of the County Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 1st day of July, 1942.
