<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the 15th day of December, 1941, the instruments purporting to be the last will and testament and
<br />Codicil of Anna Lorenzen,deceased., were filed for probate in this Court. That on the 7th day of
<br />January, 1942, said instruments to which this certificate is attached were duly proved, probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament and Codicil of the real and personal estate of said
<br />Anna Lorenzen deceased, and the same were ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court
<br />aforesaid.

<br />This matter coming on to be heard on this 17th day of June, 1942, upon the Final Report of
<br />Rudolph J.Lorenzen, Executor of the Estate of Anna Lorenzen, Deceased, and upon the petition of
<br />said Executor for the allowance and approval of said report, the settlement of said estate and his
<br />discharge herein, and the Court being fully advised in the premises finds that due and. legal notice
<br />has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the court for the hearing upon said
<br />Final Report and there'-being no objections thereto and the Court having examined the same, to-
<br />gether with the vouchers on file, finds that said Report is true and that the same ought to be
<br />approved and allowed as and for the Final Report of said Executor, said estate settled and closed
<br />and said Executor discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Anna Lorenzen departed this life on the 29th day of
<br />November, 1941, and that at the time of her death she was a resident and inhabitant of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; that she died testate and that a petition was filed on the 15th day of
<br />December, 1941, asking that her Will and Codicil be admitted to probate and that Letters Testa-
<br />mentary be issued to Rudolph J.Lorenzen upon the goods, chattels, rights and credits of the said
<br />Anna Lorenzen, Deceased, pursuant to the terms and provisions of said Will and Codicil, and that
<br />upon hearing had upon said petition after notice was duly given to all persons interested in said
<br />estate, said Will and Codicil was admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament and Codicil
<br />of the said Anna Lorenzen, Deceased, on the 7th day of January, 1942, and Letters Testamentary were
<br />issued by this Court to the said Rudolph J.Lorenzen.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been
<br />place fixed by the court for filing.claims against the estate
<br />so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims
<br />within the time limited by the court are forever barred and e:
