and that the husband of said Augusta Hershey, deceased, preceded her in death. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, DETERMINED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said John C.Hershey,son, Lillian <br />Rembolt, daughter, Augusta Lechner, daughter, Kate Hanchett, daughter, and Anne M.Harrison, <br />daughter, are the sole and only surviving heirs at law of said Augusta Hershey, deceased, and <br />said real estate passed and descended under the law of descent of the state of Nebraska, as <br />follows: <br />To John C.Hershey son, an undivided one -fifth interest, <br />To Lillian Rembolt, daughter, an undivided 1 /5th interest, <br />To Augusta Lechner, daughter, an undivided 1 /5th interest, <br />To Kate Hanchett, daughter, an undivided 1 /5th interest, <br />To Anne M.Harrison, daughter, an undivided 1 /5th interest, <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the above described real estate <br />be and the same is hereby assigned to the said John C.Hershey an undivided one -fifth interest;
