<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />In the Matter of the Estate
<br />of ) DECREE
<br />William J.Farris, deceased. )
<br />Now on this 27 day of May, 1942, this cause came on for hearing before the Court upon the
<br />pleadings and the evidence, and the Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and
<br />legal notice of the said proceedings has been given to all persons interested in the said estate,
<br />as required by law and by order of this court.
<br />The Court further finds that all of the allegations set forth in the petition of E.J.Wolbach,
<br />trustee, are true; that the said William J.Farris died intestate in Hall County, Nebraska on May
<br />7, 1932, being a resident of said county, and seized and possessed at the time of his death of the
<br />following described real estate: Lot 7, Block 5, Wiebe's Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the said E.J.Wolbach, trustee, is the owner of the legal title to
<br />said real estate; that no application has heretofore been made in the State of Nebraska for the
<br />administration of said estate, or the appointment of an Administrator; that the following named
<br />persons were the sole and only heirs-at law of the said William J.Farris, at the time of his death,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Anna Farris, widow,
<br />Ernest Farris, son
<br />Lyman Ferris, son
<br />Mabel Moll, daughter
<br />Edward Farris, son
<br />Floyd Farris, son
<br />Hazel Farris, daughter
<br />and that all said heirs at law were then of full age, except the said Hazel Farris, a minor.
<br />The Court further finds that more than two years have elapsed since the date of the depLth of
<br />the said William J.Farris; that all claims and obligations existing against said estate have been
<br />paid, and that any debts, claims or demands that may not have been paid, should be forever barred
<br />and foreclosed.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the real estate herein described descended
<br />to the heirs at law of the said William J.Farris aforesaid, in the following proportions:
<br />Anna Farris, an undivided one -third
<br />Ernest Farris, an undivided one -ninth
<br />Lyman Farris, an undivided one -ninth
<br />Mabel Moll, an undivided one -ninth
<br />Edward Farris, an undivided one -ninth
<br />Floyd Farris, an undivided one -ninth
<br />Hazel Farris, an undivided one - -ninth
<br />and the same is hereby assigned and distributed to them in said undivided shares,as of the date of
<br />the death of said William J.Farris, and that all claims, debts and demands against the estate of
<br />the said decedent, whether due or to become due, whether absolute or contingent, be and the same
<br />are hereby forever barred.

<br />record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said
<br />Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificat4o in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian
<br />of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of
<br />law.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.
<br />I, Christina Matthiesen, being of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make, publish and
<br />declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills by me made,
<br />in manner and form following, that is to say::
<br />1. .
<br />I direct that my executor, hereinafter named, pay all of my just debts, including those of my
<br />last sickness, if any, and funeral expenses, so soon as is reasonably convenient after my demise.
<br />2.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, both real and personal of whatever nature and
<br />wherever situated, to my beloved children, Wilhelm Matthiesen,son, Lyman Nebraska, henry Matthiesen,
<br />son, Doniphan, Nebraska, Julius Matthiesen,Jr., son, Silverton, Oregon, Rosa Hann, daughter, Grand
<br />Island,Nebraska, Agusta Knuth, daughter, Grand Island,Nebraska, Lillie Bennetsen, daughter, Honolulu,
<br />equally share and share alike; not unmindful of my grandson, Vernon Starling, Long Beach, California,
<br />and Luille Starling Fisher, granddaughter, Long Beach, California, I make no provision in this my
<br />Last Will and Testament for the reason that my husband made ample provisions for them in his Last
<br />Will and Testament.
