<br />IT IS FURTHE;'� ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that no claims have been filed
<br />against this estate; that all expenses for the last illness and funeral of the said John L.
<br />Johnson, deceased, have been paid in full; that all other expenses of said dstate, including Court
<br />costs, publication fees and attorney fees, have been paid in full; that all persons having claims
<br />against said estate, not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are for-
<br />ever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that John L.Johnson passed away on
<br />the 25th day of September, A.D., 1940, intestate, being at that time a resident of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska., and that he 1 -ft surviving him as his sole surviving heir -at -law and only heirs -at -law
<br />the following:
<br />Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Johnson, a widow, Hall County, liebras-�a, over twenty -one years of age,
<br />who is the sole and. only wife of John L.Johnscn, deceased, and is the mother of all of
<br />the children herein set out as sons and daughters of John L.Johnson,deceased;
<br />Ralph A.Johnson, s son, Boelus, Nebraska, over twenty -one years of age;
<br />Jo1n L.Johnson,Jr., a son, St.Michael, Nebraska, over twenty -one years of age;
<br />Miss Dorothy E.Johnson, a daughter, Grand Island, Nebraska, over twenty -one years of age;
<br />Miss Lucille J.Johnson, a daughter, Sacramento, California, over twenty -one years of age;
<br />Miss Edna L.Johnson, a. daughter, Denver, Colorado, over twenty -one years of age;
<br />Raymond E.Johnson, a son, St.Michael, Nebraska, over twenty -one years of age;
<br />Miss Mary Ellen Johnson, a daughter., St.Michael, Nebraska, who is a minor of
<br />eighteen years of age, having been born on the 21st day of March, 1924;
<br />Miss Dolores Berlin, a granddaughter, Grand. island,Nebraska, who is a minor of
<br />nineteen years of age, having been born on the 28th day of December, 1922, she
<br />being a daughter of Mrs. Esther Johnson Berlin Hueneke,deceased daughter of
<br />John L.Johnson, and who predeceased him in death;
<br />Miss Barbara Ann Berlin, a granddaughter, St.Michael, Nebraska, who is a minor of
<br />thirteen years of age, having been born on -the 15th day of November, 1928, she
<br />being a daughter of Mrs,Esther Jon.nson Berlin Hueneke, deceased daughter of John
<br />L.Johnson and who predeceased him in death.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the personal property in
<br />the estate of John L.Johnson, deceased, of whatsoever kind or nature it may be, is hereby assigned
<br />and transferred to Sarah Elizabeth Johnson, widow of John L.Johnson, deceased, in lieu of and as
<br />payment in full of any and all sums advanced by her personally in the management of said estate
<br />and for all other costs, fees and. exepnditures advanced by her personally and fora widow's
<br />allowance Ps allowed to her by this Court and for an administratrix fee as allowed to hdr by this
<br />Court, and. the entire personal property in said estate is hereby assigned to the said Sarah
<br />Elizabeth Johnson.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all of ',-,he real estate owned
<br />by the said John L.Johnson, deceased, at the time of his death, to -wit:
<br />(1) The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (SNEJ) of Section One (1), Township Eleven
<br />(11.),North,Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th.P.M., in hall County, Nebraska, containing
<br />aniDroximately 80 acres, more or less, according to government survey; and,
<br />(2) The South Half of the vilest Half of the Northeast Quarter (S-2W NEI.4 the South Half of
<br />the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (S-�,EzNWj);
<br />the East Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(E`SW$); the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1,SW1 ); and the Southeast Quarter (SE.6
<br />all in Section Six (6), Township Twelve (12), North,Range Twelve (12),Test of the 6th P.M.,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, containing ap- oroximately 398 acres more or less, according to
<br />,government survey, subject to a mortgage of record to The Travelers Insurance Company, of
<br />Hartford, Connecticut;
<br />did descend at the time of his death, under and b,,, virtue of the Statutes of Descent of the
<br />State of Nebraska, in force at the time of the said deceased's death, to his sole and only
<br />heirs -at -law, as herein set out, in the following shares:
<br />Sarah Elizabeth Johnsonp an undivided one -third (1/3) interest, or an undivided eight
<br />Dolores Berlin and Barbara Ann Berlin; each one of them an undivided
<br />one -half (112)
<br />of an undivided one - eighth (1/8) of a two - thirds (213) interest, or an
<br />undivided one
<br />twenty- fourth (1/24) interest;
<br />further, that the last above described real estate, <�et out above as "(2)"
<br />in Paragraph 7, was
<br />the homestead of the said John L.Johnson, deceased, and of his surviving
<br />widow, the said Sarah
<br />Elizabeth Johnson, and the said surviving widow, Sarah Elizabeth Johnson,
<br />is entitled to her home-
<br />stead rights in and to this said real estate, and said real estate descends
<br />to the above heirs -at-
<br />law, subject to the homestead right of the said Sarah Elizabeth Johnson;
<br />9, That in the -oroceedings of this estate the name of John L.Johnson
<br />Johnson J.L.Johnson, and whever it appears that way it refers
<br />appears as John L.
<br />to one and the same
<br />and also as
<br />person; further, that in the proceedings of this estate the name of Sarah
<br />Elizabeth Johnson
<br />appears as Sarah Elizabeth Johnson, and also as Sarah E.Johnson, and also
<br />as Mrs. John L.Johnson,
<br />and. also as Mrs.J.L.Johnson, and whever it appears that way it refers to
<br />one and the same person;
<br />10. This estate is not subject to the payment of an Inheritance Tax,
<br />either under the laws
<br />of the State of Nebraska, or under the laws of the United States.
<br />I -T IS, THEREFORE, 01?DERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the
<br />Johnson, the
<br />aforesaid final report,
<br />John L.Johnson, deceased,
<br />filed herein by Sarah Elizabeth administratrix of estate of
<br />be and tile same is hereby in all t ings approved, confirmed and allowed as
<br />and for the said admin-
<br />istratrix's final report, the said estate is settled and closed, and the
<br />administratrix is dis-
<br />charged, and the surety on her official bond is released from any further
<br />liability in said matter.

<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the personal property in
