129 That of the personal property of said estate, after the payment of all claims and expenses of, administration, there remains in the hands of the administrator the following items, to -wit: 1. One promissory note executed by Walker Hainline in the amount of $$150.00, dated September 13, 1929, and due on demand. 2. Three Units of Nebraska- Oklahoma Oil and Gas Syndicate. 3. Three Fifteen Hundredths undivided interest in the Zipsie Royalties of Cotton County, Oklahoma. 4. Cash in the amount of $1898.66 That the said Valeria Nielsen and Billie Evelyn Nielsen are each entitled to one half of said personal property, the n.mount of cash to which each is entitled being as follows: Valeria Nielsen ------------- - - - - -- $959.61 Billie Evelyn Nielsen------- - - - - -- $939.05 That the amount due the said Billie Evelyn Evelyn Nielsen is less than the amount due the said Valeria Nielsen because of the fact that the share of the former is subject to an inheritance tax in the amount of $20.56, which sum has been paid by the administrator. IT IS TnEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED r3Y THE COURT that said residue of personal property now in possession of said administrator be divided by said administrator as above set out and the said George Cowton, administrator, is hereby directed to pay and distribute to said parties above named their respective shares as found by the court, and upon the filing of receipts therefor the said George Cowton,administra.tor, is entitled. to his discharge and the release of his bond.
