OF THE ESTATE � FINAL DECREE. <br />OF GRACE,LITTER, DECEASED. <br />Now on this 23rd day of Aoril, 1942, this matter came on to be heard on the final account and <br />petition for discharge of David Ditter, administrator of the estate of Grace Ditter, deceased, and <br />for the distribution of the real property of said estate, and the evidence, and was submitted to <br />the Court; on consideration whereof the Court fin ',:,s that due and legal notice of the time and place <br />of.hearing on said final account and petition for discharge has been given to all persons interested <br />In said estate, as provided by law. That the <br />said Columbus Nielsen, deceased, died intestate a.nd tr_a.t under and by virtue of the laws of the <br />State of Nebraska the said Valeria. Nielsen and Billie Evelyn Nielsen are entitled to share equably <br />in the property of said estate, both real and personal, except only that the,said Valeria Nielsen, <br />widow of said deceased, is entitled to a life estate as a homestead in and to the following described <br />real estate, to-wit: <br />Fractional Lot Eight (8) in Frnetional Block One Hundred Four (104) in Railroad Addition, and <br />�I <br />I I <br />1 <br />�1 <br />
