<br />OF GRACE,LITTER, DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 23rd day of Aoril, 1942, this matter came on to be heard on the final account and
<br />petition for discharge of David Ditter, administrator of the estate of Grace Ditter, deceased, and
<br />for the distribution of the real property of said estate, and the evidence, and was submitted to
<br />the Court; on consideration whereof the Court fin ',:,s that due and legal notice of the time and place
<br />of.hearing on said final account and petition for discharge has been given to all persons interested
<br />In said estate, as provided by law. Thereupon the Court being fully advised in the premises finds
<br />as follows:
<br />1.
<br />That the final account of th said David Ditter, administrator of the estate of Grace Ditter, de-
<br />ceased, is in all respect'rue, and correct; that due notice to creditors has been given; that
<br />all claims, namely, funeral expenses, court costs, and attorney's fee, against said estate haire
<br />been duly paid and satisfied.

<br />That the deceased left an estate consisting of the following described real property, to -wit:
<br />One -half inter =st in Lot four (4), Block four (4), Koehler Place, Grand Island, Hall.
<br />County, Nebraska, including two houses;
<br />which is assigned to the follbwing heirs; David Ditter, her husband.; Walter Sopher, father;
<br />Amanda Sopher, mother.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the final account of
<br />the said David Ditter, administrator of the estate of Grace Ditter, deceased, be and the same is
<br />hereby in all tnings approved., confirmed and allowed; that the said David Ditter, is hereby dis-
<br />charged from his trust as administrator of the said estate and the sureties on his official bond
<br />are released..

<br />COLUMBUS NIELSEN, DECEASED. )
<br />Now on this 23rd dray of April, 1942, this cause came on to be heard on the final account and
<br />petition for discharge of George Cowton, administrator of the estate of Columbus Nielsen, deceased,
<br />and for the distribution of the personal property of said estate and the assignment of real estate
<br />of said estate; whereupon witnesses were sworn and testimony taken, and the matter was submitted
<br />to the court, on consideration whereof the court finds that due and legal notice of the time and
<br />place for hearing on said final acco,ant and petition for discharge has been given all persons in-
<br />terested in said estate as provided by law.
<br />WHEREUPON, the court being fully advised in the premises finds as follows, to wit:
<br />That the said final account

<br />That all funeral expenses, expenses of last illness, attorney fees, fee of the administrator
<br />and ill other expense of administration have been paid.
<br />That the deceased, Columbus Nielsen, departed this life on December 14, 1940, and that at the
<br />time of his death he was a resident of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That the said Columbus Nielsen, deceased, left surviving him as his only heirs at law his
<br />widow, Valeria Nielsen, and his daughter,Billie Evelyn Nielsen, both of whom are residents of
<br />Grand Island,14all County, Nebraska, and both being over the age of twenty one years. That the
<br />said Columbus Nielsen, deceased, died intestate a.nd tr_a.t under and by virtue of the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska the said Valeria. Nielsen and Billie Evelyn Nielsen are entitled to share equably
<br />in the property of said estate, both real and personal, except only that the,said Valeria Nielsen,
<br />widow of said deceased, is entitled to a life estate as a homestead in and to the following described
<br />real estate, to-wit:
<br />Fractional Lot Eight (8) in Frnetional Block One Hundred Four (104) in Railroad Addition, and
