THEAUGUSTINECO. 20112.2.41 <br />and place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased, and that the <br />time so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate and not <br />filed within the time limited by the Court are forever barred and excluded from setting up or <br />asserting any such claim against said estate; the Court further finds that the Administrator has <br />paid the fun eral expenses of said estate, all debts against said estate and the costs of these <br />proceedings; that proper distribution and assignment has been made of all assets of said estate. <br />The Court further finds that the estate of said deceased is not subject to an inheritance tax <br />under the laws of the State of Nebraska, nor to a Federal Estate Tax under the laws of the United <br />States. <br />The Court further finds that the said Virgil Francoise Jackson was possessed of the following <br />real estate or interest in real estate at the time of his death, to -wit: <br />An undivided 124th interest in the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E2NWJ) of Section <br />Twenty -eight (29), Township Twelve t12), North,Range One (1), West of the 6th P.M. in York <br />County, Nebraska; and <br />In the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E2SEJ) of Section Seventeen (17), Township Ten <br />(10), North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th.P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />An undivided 51132nd interest in Lot Three (3), and Fractional Lot Four (4), in Fractional <br />Block Twenty -one (21), of Fairview Park Addition, and the Complement of Fractional Block Four <br />(4), being Fractional Lot Four (4), in Fractional Block Six (6), of Wallich's Addition, being two <br />full lots located in the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska. <br />That the said Virgil Francoise Jackson left surviving him at the time of his death the following <br />heirs, and only heirs -at -law, to -wit: Darlene Fay Jackson Elo and Arlene May Jackson Elo, daughters <br />(sometimes but erroneously referred to as Darlene May Jackson Elo and Arlene Fay Jackson Elo res- <br />pectively), and Virgil Francoise Jackson,Jr., a son; that during his lifetime the said Virgil <br />Francoise Jackson assigned and conveyed an interest equivalent in extent to and identical in quan- <br />tum to that retained and owned at the time of his death in the real estate hereinabove described <br />to said two daughters and one son in equal shares and that the interest still owned by him at the <br />time of hiss death, being the undivided interest hereinabove described, passed and descended to the <br />said Darlene7Jackson Elo and Arlene May Jackson Elo and Virgil Francoise Jackson,Jr., in equal <br />shares, each an undivided one -third thereof, share and share alike. <br />The Court further finds that all of said real estate has been sold at partition sale but that <br />the proceeds have not been distributed and that the share of Virgil Francoise Jackson, deceased, <br />in said net proceeds should be assigned and paid. over to the said Darlene Fay Jackson Elo, Arlene <br />May Jackson tlo and Virgil Francoise Jackson,Jr., or their guardians, and that the Administrator <br />be relieved of further responsibility therefor. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of the said <br />Walter P.Lauritsen, Administrator of the Estate of Virgil Francoise Jackson, Deceased, be and the <br />same hereby is in all things approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Administrator <br />and that the estate is hereby settled and closed and that said Administrator be discharged. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED <br />said estate, if any such there be, are forever <br />asserting any such claim against said estate. <br />BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against <br />barred, enjoined and excluded from setting up or <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said Walter P.Lauritsen <br />execute an assignment in equal shares of any funds or interest in any funds remaining in his hands <br />or not heretofore distributed after payment of all debts, funeral expenses, expenses of last ill- <br />ness and of these proceedings to Darlene Fay Jackson Elo and Arlene May Jackson E1o,(sometimes but <br />erroneously referred to as Darlene May Jackson Elo and Arlene Fay Jackson Elo) and Virgil Francoise <br />Jackson,Jr., or their guardians in equal shares and also in the distributive share of the said Vir- <br />gil Francoise Jackson, Deceased, in the proceeds from the sale at partition of his interest in the <br />real estate, hereinabove described, said in terest therein having passed and descended to the said <br />Darlene Fay Jackson Elo, Arlene May Jackson Elo and Virgil Francoise Jackson,Jr., and to each of <br />them an undivided one -third interest in said undivided interest, share and share alike, absolutely <br />and in fee. <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />CERTIFICATE <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA )ss� I, Paul N.Kirk, County Judge of Hall County Nebraska, do hereby certify <br />HALL COUNTY ) that I have compared the foregoing copy of Final Decree entered IN THE <br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF VIRGIL FRANCOISE JACKSON, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now <br />remaining in said Court, V, 'at the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such <br />original record;
