<br />The Court finds that the Executrix has made a proper distribution in accordance with the terms
<br />of the Last Will and Testament of the deceased of all of the.persona.lty that has come into her
<br />hands, with the exception of the following contingent.claims which are not collectable at this
<br />time age note of Leo end Tresa Phalen, in the sum of $400.00, contin
<br />, the mortggent claims of
<br />unknown value against the Farmers Elevator Company, of Doniphan, Nebraska, which personalty des-
<br />cends to the heretofore named hers share and share alike; that all claims against said estate
<br />have been paid, and the report shows no money on hand.
<br />The Court finds that said. estate is not liable for State Inheritance Tax or Federal Estate Tax.
<br />The Court finds that Emma Graf, departed this life at her home in Doniphan, Hall County, Ne-
<br />braska., on the 25th day of April, 1941, Leaving a Last Will and Testament which Last Will and
<br />Testament was admitted to probate on the 16th day of July, 1941.
<br />The Court finds that the said. Emma Graf,died seized as owner in fee simple, of the following
