County, Nebraska (160 acres) <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE4,SE�) of Section Thirty -six (36),Township <br />Twelve (12), Range Ten (10),West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Court further finds the deceased did give, devise, and bequeath aaid real estate to <br />Anna Wegner, widow of the deceased, and that said real estate did pass and descend to said Anna <br />Wegner in fee simple title. <br />The Court further finds that Emil "degner died possessed of five shares of stock in the Nebraska <br />National Bank, at Grand Island,Nebraska,; that by the terms of the Last Will and Testament of Emil <br />
