<br />legacy to Walter N.Nielsen in the sum of $500.00, as provided in the last will and testament of
<br />the said Niels Nielsen, deceased, has been fully paid and that a receipt therefor is on file here-
<br />in, and that after payment of taxes there remains in the hands of said representatives the sum of
<br />$174.07 and the household furniture of the said decedent described in the inventory herein.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Niels Nielsen died seized of the following described real
<br />estate situated in Hall County,Nebra.ska;
<br />The Easterly thirty -eight (38) feet of Lot One (1) in Block Ninety -one (91) of the Original
<br />Town, now city, of Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br />The Westerly lift ( 0) feet of Lot Two (2) and all of Lots Three (3) and Four (4) in
<br />Block Ninety -one �91 , of the Original Town, now city, of Grand Islam., Nebraska;
<br />A strip and parcel of ground conveyed by the City of.Grand Island to the said Niels Nielsen
<br />by Quit Claim Deed dated January 18, 1924, and recorded in Book 61 of the Deed Records of said
<br />county at Page 440, together with easements and appurtenances thereto, and subject to ease-
<br />ments of record thereon, described we follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of Lot One
<br />(1) cf Block Ninety -one (91) of the original town, now City, of Grand Island,Nebraska, running
<br />thence Southwesterly alon the Northerly line of the alley in said Block 91 to the South line
<br />of the Northwest Quarter fNW$) of Section Fifteen (1.5), Township Eleven t11),North of Range
<br />Nine (9).,West of the 6th P.M.; thence East along said quarter section line to the South line
<br />of the alley in said Block 91; thence Northeasterly 41ong the South line of said alley to the
<br />Easterly line of Fractional Lot Seven (7) of said Block 91; thence Northwesterly at right
<br />angles to said Southerly line of said alley 8 feet to the center line of said alley; thence
<br />Northeasterly along the center line of said alley to, the East line of said Block 91; thence
<br />Northwesterly 8 feet along the said East line of said Block 91 to the place of beginning;.
<br />being all the alley in said Block 91, except the South half of that portion of the alley be-
<br />tween Lot One and Fractional Lot 8 of said Block 91; except that part thereof conveyed to
<br />Clara A.Zieg by warranty deed recorded in book 73 of said records at page 416.
<br />Fractional Lot Seven (7) in Block Ninety -one (91) of the Original Town, now city, of Grand
<br />Island,Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Niels Nielsen departed this life on January 10,1937,
<br />leaving a last will and testament which has been duly admitted to probate herein, and being at
<br />the time of his death a legal resident and inhabitant of Hall Count , Nebraska. That by the terms
<br />of said last will and testament the aforesaid legacy in the sum of 1500.00 was bequeathed to Walter
<br />N.Nielsen, and all the rest, residue and remainder of the property of the said Riels Nielsen, de-
<br />ceased, both real and personal, was devised and bequeathed to Minna Nielsen for and during the
<br />period of her natural life, with remainder to the children of the said testator, to -wit:
<br />Clara A.Zieg, of full age, of Grand Isl4nd,Nebraska,
<br />Elmer E.Nielsen, of full age, of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />Walter N.Nielsen, of full age, of Edmonds,Washington.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Minna Nielsen, widow of the said Niels Nielsen, departed
<br />this life on August 23, 1941, and that the said real eestate and the personal property remaining
<br />in the hands of the s -id Executor and Administratrix should be distributed to the said Clara A.
<br />Zieg,Elmer E.Nielsen and Walter N.Nielsen, in equal undivided shares.
<br />The Court further finds that due proceedings have been had for the aprraisement of the property
<br />of the said estate and determination of inheritance taxes due on account thereof, and that the said
<br />estate is not subject to the payment of Inheritance or Estate Taxes.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the final account of the said Executor and
<br />Administratrix be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed, and upon payment of the amount in
<br />their hands for distribution the said Executor and Administratrix be discharged from their trust,
<br />and that the said real and personal property be and, it is hereby assigned and distributed in equal
<br />undivided shares to the said Clara A.Zieg, Elmer E.Nielsenand Walter N.Nielsen.

<br />ficate of Probate of Will and Decree of Distribution - IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF NIELS NIELSEN,
<br />DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct
<br />transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record
<br />having a, seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign cer-
<br />tificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said
<br />Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
