<br />That the said Here H.Dieken died intestate, on the 15th day of November; ,A-D., 1940, a red-ident
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, and left surviving him a widow, Fulke Dieken, also known as Fulke W.
<br />Dieken a dau--hter, Sarah H.Dieken and son's Wilt H.Dieken and Harm H.Dieken all of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and all of legal age; that he left no other living children, or the living issue of any
<br />deceased children., and that the above named persons are the sole and only heirs of his estate;
<br />that the interest of said Here H.Dieken, deceased, in said real estate, descended to the said
<br />Fulke Dieken an undivided one-third thereof, and to the said Sarah H.Dieken, Wilt H.Dieken and
<br />Harm H.Dieken, to each an undivided two-ninths thereof, subject to the homestead rights of said
<br />Fulke Dieken in said estate.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED) 0'DERED, ADJU".)GED A]"D DECREED by the court:

<br />That the final and supplemental accolInt of the administrator, Wilt H.Dieken, filed herein,

<br />be !:nd the same is hereby In all things approved and allowed as and for his final account, and
<br />in full settlement of his trust; that he be discharged as administrator, and he and his bondsmen
<br />released from all further liability on their official bond.
<br />That all debts, claims and. demands not filed against said estate, as provided by the former
<br />order of this court, are forever barred.

<br />That Here H.Dieken died Intestate, on the 15th day of November, A.D., 1946 a resident of Hall

<br />W.Dieken, a daughter, the spid Sarah H.Dieken, and sons, the said Wilt H.Dieken and Harm H.Dieken,
<br />all of Hall County, Nebraska, and all of legal age; that he left no other,chM dren, or the living
<br />issue of any deceased children, and that the said Fulke Dieken, Sarah H.Dieken, Wilt H.Dieken and
<br />Harm H.Dieken are the sole and only heirs of his estate.

<br />That the Northwest quarter of Section 34, in Township 9, North of Range 11, West of the 6th
<br />P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, be and the same is hereby assigned to the said Fulke Dieken as a
<br />homestead, for her use and benefit during her. lifetime.

<br />That the interest of the said Here H.Dieken, deceased, in the real estate hereinbefore des-
<br />cribed, b- and the same is hereby assigned to the said Fulke Dieken, an undivided one-third thereof,
<br />and to the said Sarah H.Dieken, Wilt H.Dieken end Harm H.Dieken, to each an undivided two-ninths
<br />thereof, subject to the homestead. rights of the said Fulke Dieken.
