<br />Dollars ($100.00), the same to be paid to the Board of Trustees or governing board under whatsoever

<br />ELEVENTH.
<br />I give and bequeath unto
<br />my wife, Effie Sonderup, such personal articles
<br />of wearing apparel and
<br />,jewelry as I may have at
<br />the time of my death, the household fixtures, furniture
<br />and equipment and
<br />my automobile, such as I
<br />may be owning and using at the time of my Beat;,,., to
<br />be by her held absolutely.
<br />TWELFTH.
<br />All the rest, residue
<br />and remainder of my estate, both real and personal,
<br />of whatsoever kind or
<br />description and. wherever
<br />situated, I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife,
<br />Effie Sonderup, and
<br />my sons, Fred J.Sonderup
<br />and Hans L.Sonderup, share and share alike, each to
<br />take an undivided
<br />one -third (113) part thereof.
<br />THIRTEENTH.
<br />If any person to whom
<br />any legacy or bequest is herein given shall oppose
<br />the probate of this
<br />will, or shall institute,
<br />or cause to be instituted, any legal action, suit
<br />or proceedings, of any
<br />kind or character, to set
<br />aside this will, or any Tart or parts thereof, or
<br />if any such person
<br />shall cooperate or aid in any legal action, suit or proceeding, or shall refuse to accept the
<br />provision or provisions herein made, for his or her benefit, then, and in such event, I hereby re-
<br />voke any and all legacies or testamentary disposition herein contained in favor of any such person.
<br />FOURTEENTH
<br />I name, nominate and appoint The First National Bank of Grand Island, of Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />Executor of this, my last will and testament.

<br />M.Sonderup deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 30th day of August, 1941,
