<br />WILL AND DECREE

<br />I, Soren M.Sonderup of 1316 West Second Street, in the city of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, b -y it revoking all former wills
<br />by me made;
<br />FIRST
<br />I direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, pay all my just debts, including the expenses of
<br />my last sickness and death, and the costs and expenses of admitting this will to probate and ad-
<br />ministering my estate from such personal property as I may have on hand at the time of my death.
<br />If that be insufficient, I authorize my said Executor to sell so much of my real estate as may be
<br />necessary for that purpose, the within being its full and complete authority to make necessary
<br />deeds of transfer without order from any court whatsoever.
<br />SECOND
<br />I give and, devise unto my beloved wife, Effie Sonderup, the following described real estate in
<br />the City of Grand Island., Hall Colanty, Nebraska, to -Tait: Lot Six (6) in Block Three (3), in
<br />Spaulding & Gregg's Addition to the City of Grand Island, to be held by her absolutely in fee simple.
<br />THIRD
<br />I give and devise unto my son, Fred J.Sonderup, of Howard County, Nebraska, the following des -
<br />cribed real estate, situated in Howard County, Nebraska, to -wit: The South Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter of Section Thirty -five (35), Township Sixteen (16), in Range Ten t10),West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />in Howard County, Nebraska, to be by him held absolutely in fee simple.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give and devise unto my son, Hans L.Sonderup, of Howard County, Nebraska, the following
<br />described rea.l estate situated in Howard Count;, Nebraska, to -wit: The South Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter and the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section TTn *o (2), Township Fifteen (15),
<br />North of Range Ten (10), West 6th P.M., Howard County, Nebraska., to be by him held absolutely in
<br />fee simple.

<br />I give and devise unto my wife, Effie Sonderup, and my son, Fred J.Sonderup, the following des-
<br />cribed real estate situated in Howard County, Nebraska, to -wit: The North Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter, the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of Section Two (2) in Township Fifteen (15), Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., in
<br />Howard County, Nebraska, to be by them held absolutely in fee simple, as tenants in common, each
<br />taking an undivided one -half interest therein.
<br />SIXTH
<br />I give and bequeath into my beloved wife, Effie Sonderup, the sum of One Thousand Dollars
<br />($1000.00) to be paid to her as soon after my death as can be conveniently arranged.
<br />SEVENTH
<br />I give and bequeath unto my grand -son, Raymond Sonderup, of Tallahassee, Florida, the sum of
<br />One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), to be paid to him as soon after my.death as can be conveniently
<br />arranged.
<br />EIGHTH
<br />I direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, expen(: the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00)
<br />for a headstone on my family burial lot in the Elmwood Cemetery at St.Paul, Nebraska.
<br />NINTH
<br />I give and bequeath to the South Logan Lutheran Church of Logan Precinct, Howard County,
<br />Nebraska, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), the same to be paid to the Board of Trustees,
<br />or governing board under whatsoever name they function, to be used for the benefit of the church
<br />in such manner as they see fit.
<br />TENTH.
<br />I give and bequeath to the Presbyterian Church of St.Paul, Nebraska, the sum of One Hundred
