<br />Now on this 4th day of February, 1942, this matter came on to be heard upon the pleadings and the
<br />evidence and was submitted to the Court, on consideration whereof the court finds that due and
<br />legal notice of this proceedings has been given to all persons interested in said matter, both
<br />creditors and heirs as required by law; that all of the statements and allegations set forth in
<br />said -cetition are true; that 'the said John Quisenberry died intestate in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on December 21, 1939, seized and possessed at the time of his death, of the following described
<br />re,�l estate, to-wit:
<br />South half of the Northwest niiarter (NW
<br />4) and the Scuthwpst quarter (SWlt) of Section Thirty
<br />(30), Township Ten (10), Range Ten (10),West- of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />East half (E�) of the Southeast quarter (SE41) of Section Twenty-five (25), Township Ten (10)
<br />Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />That no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an administrator
<br />of the estate of said. deceased. That the wife of the said John Quisenberry predeceased him; that
<br />he did not remarry and that his only heirs were and are his children,namely:
<br />Raymond Clyde Quisenberry, son;
<br />Clara Bell (Qulsenberr�) 4cobus, daughter;

<br />Ida Saxon (Quisenberry McCall, daughter;
<br />John Harrison Quisenberry, son;
<br />Edward Wiley Quisenberry, son;
<br />all of legal age; and the Court hereby finds and determines that said children are the sole and
<br />only heirs at law of the said John Quisenberry , deceased, and that said real estate descended to
<br />said children an undivided one-fifth (1/5) to each.
<br />IT IS THEFLEFORE, CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the real estate above described
<br />se and the same hereby is assigned to the said Raymond Clyde Quisenberry; Clara Bell (Quisenberry)
<br />Jacobus; Ida Saxon (Quisenberry) McCall; John Harrison Quisenberry; and Edward Wiley Quisenberry;
<br />an undivided one-fifth to each.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all claims and demands against the
<br />estate of the deceased, whether due or to become due, wriether absolute or contingent, be and the
