<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do-hereby certify that on
<br />the 9th day of May, 1941, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Frank L.
<br />Haggart deceased, wa.s filed for probate in this Court. That on the 28th day of May, 1941, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Frank L.Haggart deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />FRANK L.HAGGART, Deceased. )
<br />On this 6th day of January, 1942, at 11 o'clock A.M. this cause came on for hearing on the
<br />Final Account.and Petition for Distribution of Donald. W.Haggart, Executor of said estate.
<br />At the request of said executor this cause is hereby continued to the 4th day of February,1942,
<br />at 10 A.M.
<br />On this 4th day of February, 1942, at 11 o'clock A.M. this cause came on for further hearing
<br />on the Final Account and Petition for Distribution of said Executor. The court finds that due
<br />and legal notice of said hearing has been given by publication, and that the court therefore has
<br />full jurisdiction in the premises.
<br />And the Court having examined said account and the evidence, and being fully advised,finds:
<br />That the x)eriod required by law has been given the creditors of said estate to file their
<br />claims for adjustment and allowance, and by order of this Court, due and legal notice of said
<br />period, of its limitation, and the time and place thereby fixed for hearing claims has been given
<br />by publication a.s required by said order and the law, and that said period has expired; that no
<br />claims have been allowed against said estate; that all expense of last sickness, funeral and
<br />burial of said deceased., and all costs and expenses of administration have been fully paid and
<br />satisfied; that there are no inheritance taxes due or assessable against said estate, or any of
<br />the heirs, legatees or devisees of said deceased.; that all claims against said estate are there-
<br />fore forever barred.
<br />That said estate is fully settled and ready for distribl_tion, and said Final Account is true
