After the death of my said wife, I give, devise and bequeath to my children in equal <br />shares all the rest, residue and remainder of my property, both real and personal. <br />Fourth. If my beloved son, Donald W.Haggart, shall desire to own any of my real estate after <br />the death of my wife, it is hereby directed that the County Judge having jurisdiction over my <br />estate shall, on his application, appoint three disinterested persons who are competent to appraise <br />real estate to appraise the same, and they shall appraise such parts thereof as he desires to <br />purchase, at its fair market value, and my said son shall have the right to buy the same at the <br />value, or price, fixed by said appraisers. It is hereby provided that, on the payment of said <br />appraised price by my said son, that such portion of my real estate so paid for be, and the same <br />is hereby devised to him, to have and to hold unto himself, his heirs and assigns forever. <br />
