<br />was then seized of an interest in real estate situated in Hall County and York County, Nebraska, as
<br />more fully set forth in the inventory filed by the administrator herein, and as herein after set
<br />forth; that upon hearing duly had, it was further adjudged and decreed by the Court that the said
<br />Anna E.Jackson died intestate; that said estate was admitted to probate and W.P.Lauritsen was
<br />appointed and duly qualified on the 19th day of April, 1941, as administrator.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court of the filing of claims against said estate, and that all claims filed have

<br />been paid, and that the time so fixed for filing claims has fully expired and that all persons having
<br />claims against said estate, if any such therebe and not filed herein are forever barred and pre-
<br />cluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that there is no inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska, or estate
<br />tax due to the United States Government.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Anna E.Jackson died seized as the owner in fee simple of
<br />the following described real estate:
<br />An undivided 10/11th- interest in Lot Three (3) and Fractional Lot Four (4) in Block Twenty -one
<br />(21) of Fairview Park Addition, and the complement of Fractional Lot Four (4), being Fractional
<br />Lot Four (4) in Fractional Block Six 6f Wallich's addition, being two full lots located in the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />All of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter (Elk SE-41) of Section Seventeen (17), Township Ten
<br />(10), North,Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Aebraskao
<br />All of the East Half of Northwest Quarter (E2NWJ) of Section Twenty -eight (28), Township Twelve
<br />(12) , North, Range One (1) , West of the 6th P.M., in York County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that a guardian ad litem was duly appointed for three minor children of
<br />Virgil Francoise Jackson, one of the children and heirs -at -law of Anna E.Jackson, deceased, said
<br />minor children being Darlene Fay Jackson, now Darlene Fay Jackson Elo, Arlene May Jackson, now
<br />Arlene May Jackson Elo, and Virgil Francoise Jackson,Jr.,. daughters and a son of said Virgil
<br />Francoise Jackson, they claiming an interest in the share of their Father in said estate, and with
<br />the approval of the Court a stipulation for settlement was entered into between the said Virgil
<br />Francoise Jackson and B.J.Cunningham, guardian ad litem for said minors, whereby the said Virgil
<br />Francoise Jackson assigned and set -over to said minor children an undivided 112 interest in his
<br />interest in the assets of said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Anna E.Jackson left surviving her as her heirs -at -law
<br />and only heirs -at -law ten children and the children of a son, Jabez Thomas Jackson, who predeceased
<br />her, and the children of a. daughter, Jane Percival Arnold, who predeceased her; that her ten chil-
<br />dren surviving her were Ada Elizabeth Leuck, Alfred Jackson, Virgil Francoise Jackson, Florence
<br />Ann Lance, Georgia Pearl Kirkpartrick, Eva Slave Hall, Harriett Louise Colwell, Dorothy May Mars.de.n,
<br />Edith Irene Fronberg and Theta Iola Barr; also Thelma Marie Snare Rider, also known as Thelma Marie
<br />Jackson., and Opal Rosvell, they being the only children of Jabez Thomas Jackson, also known as
<br />Thomas Jackson, a son who predeceased Anna E.Jackson, and Lloyd Arnold and Elmer Arnold,Jr., they
<br />being the only children of Jane Percival Arnold, a daughter who predeceased the said Anna E.Jackson,
<br />and that all of the real estate hereinabove described passed and descended upon the death of Anna
<br />E.Jackson as follows: To Ada Elizabeth Leuck, Alfred Jackson, Virgil Francoise Jackson, Florence
<br />Ann Lance, Georgia Pearl Kirkpatrick, Eva Slave Hall, Harriett Louise Colwell, Dorothy Ma.y.Marsden,
<br />Edith Irene Fronberg and Theta Iola 13arr each an undivided 1 /12th therein, to Thelma Marie Snare
<br />Rider, also known as Thelma Marie Jackson, and Opal Rosvell each an undivided 124th therein, to
<br />Lloyd Arnold and Elmer Arnold,Jr., each an undivided 1 /24th therein; that a 112 of the undivided
<br />112th interest of Virgil Francoise Jackson has been assigned and set over in equal shares to
<br />Darlene Fay Jackson, now Darlene Fay Jackson Elo, Arlene May Jackson, now Arlene May Jackson Elo,
<br />and Virgil Francoise Jackson,Jr., who, by reason thereof each have an undivided 172nd interest
<br />In all of the said real estate.
