<br />That said deceased died owning the fee title to the South Half of the Northeast Quarter (SJNEJ)
<br />and the Southeast Quarter (SEA) of Section 26, Township 11 North,Range 10 West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />call County, Nebraska, and other property, and that by virtue of his last will and testament a
<br />life estate in said property was devised to his widow, Hannah C.Williams, and the remainder thereof
<br />was devised to such of his children above named as should survive his wife.
<br />The court further finds that the final report of said Hannah C.Williams, Executrix, is in all
<br />respects true and correct and the same should be allowed and approved.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the
<br />executrix herein be and the same hereby is approved; that said Thomas R.Williams died testate a
<br />resident of Sarpy County, Nebraska, leaving him surviving as his sole and only heirs at law and the
<br />only persons interested in his estate under said will the wife and children above specifically
<br />named.

<br />W.P.Lauritsen, administrator of the estate of Anna E.Jackson, Deceased, praying for a determination
<br />of heirship in the above entitled matter, and the Court being fully advised in the premises and
<br />from the evidence adduced finds that said estate was duly admitted to probate on the 19th day of
<br />April, 1941, and that the Court has acquired ,jurisdiction of the subject matter and all of the
