No. 1620. <br />INAL DECREE DETERMINING HEIRSHIP <br />This matter, having previously came on for hearing on the 23d'day of June, 1930, upon the <br />petition for final settlement of Hanna C.Williams, Executrix of said estate, and the evidence, <br />before Honorable J-M-Wheat, County Judge of said county, but no final decree of heirship or <br />distribution h,-,ving been entered by reason of the fact of the non-payment of probate costs in said <br />estate. <br />And now, on this 9th day of December, 1942., the matter came on further to b'e heard after pay- <br />ment of the balance of probate costs and the court proceeding to the entry of final decree, finds <br />as follows: <br />That said Thomas R.Williams, Deceased, died on the 28th day of September, 1909, 'a resident of <br />Gretna, Sarpy County, Nebraska. That on the 14th day of October, 1929, Hannah C.Willia,ms, widow,, <br />of the said deceased., filed her petition for probate of the purported last will and testament of <br />said Thomas R.Williams and that by order of court the 4th day of November, 1929 was assigned for <br />hearing on said petition and due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing was pub- <br />lished in The Gretna Breeze, a. legal newspaper printed in said county. <br />That on the 30th day of January, 1930, the last will and testament of said deceased was duly <br />admitted to probate and the execution and administration of said estate was granted to said Hannah <br />C.Williams, the executrix named in said will, upon her taking the oath of office and filing the <br />prescribed bond. <br />I <br />That by order of court, creditors were allowed three months from the 22nd day of February,1930., <br />in which to present their claims against said estate, and that due and legal notice of said order <br />CD <br />was -published in The Gretna Breeze, a legal newspaper published in said county. That no claims <br />have been filed against said estate, and that the time for filing claims has long since elapsed <br />and further claims are hereby forever barred. <br />That on the 4th day of June, 1930, the said Hannah C.Williams, Executrix of the Estate of Thomas <br />R.Williams, Deceased, filed. her final report and application for discharge herein and that by <br />order of court the 23d day of June, 1930, was assigned as the date for hearing upon Said applica- <br />tion and that due and legal notice of said order was published in The Gretna Breeze, a legal <br />newspaper In said county, and that thereafter, and on said 23d day of June, 1930, said matter <br />came on for hearing and evidence was submitted but that, as hereinbefore stated, no final decree <br />I <br />I <br />
