Rim 7HEAUGUSTINECO. 20112.2.41 resident of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,on the 11th day of June,1935 ;that he was seized and possessed at the time of his death of an undivided one -half remainder interest,subject only to the life estate of his then living mother,Augusta Boldt,in the following described property,to -wit: Lot One (1) in Block Ten (10) of the Original Town,now City,of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska, as platted and surveyed. That said life tenant,Augusta Boldt,has since died,having died on or about December 31,1940,and that her estate has been fully administered. That no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an administrator of the estate of said deceased;that the sole and only heirs of the said Edward Boldt,deceased, were and are Anna Boldt,his� widow; Bernadine Bolc t his dau hter,of lepl ye; Francele Boldt,has daughter,a mtno ;an Russell Boldt,hie son,a minor That Anna Boldt, hl s :e �, econc, wife of said decedent; that Bernadine Boldt and Francele Boldt,his daughters,were chyl.u.°en of his first wife,and that Russell Boldt is a son of Anna Boldt, his widow,prior to her marriage to the decedent,and that said Russell Boldt was legally adopted by said decedent after his marriage to the said Anna Boldt. That all of said heirs are residents of Grand 1sland,Hall County,Nebraska,and that said real estate above described descended to said persons named as follows: An undivided one - eighth (1/9) interest to said Anna Boldt,and an undivided one - eighth interest therein to each of said Bernadine Boldt,Francele Boldt and Russell Boldt. That the said Edward 13oldt,deceased,has been in other proceedings and at other times referred to as Edward J.Boldt,but that notwithstanding said discrepancy,was one and the same person. That said Francele Boldt has at other times and other proceedings been referred, to as Franail Boldt and Francille Boldt,but that notwithstanding the discrepancy in spelling,is one and the same person. That Russell Boldt has at other times and in other proceedings been referred to as Russell D.Boldt, but that notwithstanding said discrepancy,is one and the same person. IT IS,THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that the real estate above described be and the same hereby is assigned to said Anna Boldt an undivided one - eighth (1 /8) interest therein,and to each of said Bernadine Boldt,Francele Boldt and Russell Boldt,an undivided one - eighth (1.8) interest therein. IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUSTED BY THE COURT that all claims and demands against the estate of the deceased.,whether due or to become due,whether absolute or contingent,be and the same hereby are forever barred. IT IS Ft1RTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that the findings with respect,to the various manners in which certain of the heirs have been referred to at other times and in other proceedings are found to be correct and true.
