<br />(In which tract the widow, Elizabeth J.Nicholls possesses her statutory homestead interest.
<br />That the personal property of which said John S.Nicholls died seized and possessed, as now dis-
<br />tributed by this decree, is as follows:
<br />Real Estate mortgage and note of Grace Violet Sandow and William SandowI wife and husband, in
<br />face amount of $900.00. Dated April 12, 1940, due April 12, 1943, interest 6% semi-annually,.
<br />covering South 50 feet of NWj of Block 12, St. Joseph Second Addition to the City of Hastings,
<br />Nebraska, recorded in Book 141, Page 447.
<br />Also, Unsecured note of Robert Robertson, Emsworth,Penn., dated April 12, 1932, in the original
<br />amount of $400.00, with $25.00 paid tr- Hereon, but said original note surrendered and renewal. note
<br />$375.00 taken in favor of the Administrator under date of October 23, 1940, and
<br />Unsecured note of Harry Str ight,Emsworth,Penri., dated December 2, 1916 in the original amount of
<br />$100.00 but said original note surrendered and renewal note taken in favor of Administrator dated
<br />October 23, 1940,

<br />release in Book 138 Page 325. Said Mortgage recorded in Book 119,Page 75, re- recorded by J.S.
<br />Nicholls, mortgagee, Feb. 3, 1939, in Book 141, Page 2.
<br />Real Estate mortgage and note of Alma L.Marvel and Jahn W.Marvel, his wife, and each in their
<br />own right, in face amount of $2500.00, covering Sj of Lot 16, Block 3, in Buswell's Add. to City
<br />of Hastings, Nebraska, recorded in Book 137, Page 189.
<br />Real Estate Mortgage and note of Clarence O.Wilson and America Q.Wilson, husband and wife, each

<br />Real Estate mortgage and note of Bessie A.Bowman and husband Harry E., in face amount of $3000.00,

<br />County, Nebraska, recorded in Book 130, Page 225.
<br />Real Estate mortgage and note of Altha M.Haines, unmarried, in face amount of j2250.00,covering
<br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 11 except South 50 feet of said Lots in Horlocker's Addition to the City of
<br />Hastings, Nebraska, recorded in Book 139, Page 121.
<br />That in the Inventory and in the listing attached to Inventory are described the Fritz, Haverly
<br />and Reynolds real estate mortgages standing on record in the name of the decedent at the time of
<br />his death, but said mortgages have heretofore been disposed of and the proceeds accounted for in
<br />the final account of the Administrator. The Fritz mortgage was paid and released; the naverly
<br />and Reynolds mortgage were sold and. assigned to Ernest H.Schroeder. In each case the note and
<br />mortgage were surrendered and delivered by the Administrator and in the case of the Haverly mortgage,
<br />the note and mortgage were assigned by the Administrator in regular form. However, in the case of
<br />the Fritz mortgage, the release furnished was one executed by Carrol C.Nicholls, as such release
<br />met the record title requirements, there being in the name of said Carrol C.Nicholls an assignment
<br />from the record title mortgagee, J.S.Nicholls. Also in the case of the Reynolds mortgage, the
<br />assignment furnished was one executed by Carrol C.Nicholls as such assignment met the record
<br />title requirements, there being on record in the name of Carrol C.Nicholls an assignment from J.S.
<br />Nicholls, the then record title owner of said mortgage. That said handling of said Fritz and
<br />Reynolds mortgage matters is hereby ratified and approved.
<br />9. That all of the estate property described in paragraph No. 8 above descended to the heirs
<br />named above in paragraph No. 7 in accordance with the laws of inheritance of the State of Nebraska
<br />on the date of the death of said deceased, to said widow, Elizabeth J.Nicholls, an undivided one-
<br />third interest therein and a statutory homestead interest in the real estate tract last above
<br />
