<br />The Court further finds that said Mattheus Rauert died seized as the owner,
<br />the following described real estate:
<br />in fee simple, of
<br />Lot Four (4) in Block Ten (10) in the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island in H
<br />Nebraska. , all County,
<br />described in the last will and testament of said Mattheus Rauert as "all of the real estate which
<br />I now own, the same being my residence property located at 421 West 7th Street, in Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska" that under said last will and testament all of said real estate and interest
<br />therein passed and descended, by virtue of said last will and testament of said Mattheus Rauert,
<br />deceased, to Minnie Moeller.
<br />The Court further finds that the legacy of $1000.00, provided for in paragraph Second of said
<br />last will and testament, has been paid to the legatee, Minnie Moeller, as evidenced by her receipt
<br />filed herein.
<br />The Court finds there was no inheritance tax to pay.
<br />The Court finds that said Mattheus Rauert was the owner of Lot No-50, Section or Row 9, Grand
<br />Island Cemetery, located in Hall County, Nebraska. The Court finds that said cemetery lot was
<br />devised in Paragraph Fourth of said last will and testament, and passed and descended, thereunder,
<br />to Richard Rauert.
<br />The Court finds that all debts against said estate, costs of this proceeding, and administration,
<br />have been paid, that distribution has been made of the residue of said estate as provided in said
<br />last will and testament, and that nothing further belonging to said estate remains in the hands •
<br />of said Executor.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Richard
<br />Rauert, Executor, be, and the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final report, and
<br />that said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Executor discharged and his bond as such
<br />is hereby released.

<br />Certificate of Probate thereof and Fin&l Decree - IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MATTHEUS RAUERT,
<br />DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct
<br />transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record
<br />having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign
<br />certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of
<br />said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
