<br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) I, the undersigned Charles C.Larsen, judge of the probate court in and for

<br />County of Howard ) the county of Howard, State of Nebraska, and ex- officio clerk of said court,
<br />do hereby certify the above a.nd foregoing to be a full, true and correct copy of the Final Decree
<br />I direct that the expenses attending my last illness and burial, the cost of a suitable headstone
<br />for my grave, and all my just debts, if any, be first paid.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath to my daughter, Minnie Moeller, all of the real estate which I now
<br />own, the same being my residence property located at 421 West 7th Street, in Grand Island,Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, to have and to hold absolutely, and to have immediate possession thereof at the
<br />time of my death; and I further give to my daughter, Minnie Moeller, the sum of One Thousand Dol-
<br />lars ($1000.00).
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give to my children, Minnie Moeller, Charles Rauert, August Rauert, and Richard Rauert, all of
<br />my personal effects and household furniture, to be divided among them as nearly equally as possible.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give and devise to my son, Richard Rauert, my cemetery lot in the Grand Island cemetery.
<br />a FIFTH.
<br />All of the rest, residue, and remainder of the property of which I die the owner, whether now
<br />owned by me or hereafter acquired, I gitre, devise, and bequeath to my sons, Charles Rauert, August
<br />Rauert, and Richard Rauert, share and share alike.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my son, Richard Rauert, as executor of this, my last will and
<br />testament, and request that he be not required to furnish surety upon his official bond as such.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 23d day of October, 1935.

<br />I, Mattheus Rauert,
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind
<br />and disposing memory, do make
<br />and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and form
<br />following:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that the expenses attending my last illness and burial, the cost of a suitable headstone
