<br />That there remains as part of the assets of the said estate cash in the sum of $950.22 which
<br />is to be devised and bequeathed to the persons named in the preceding paragraph, and in accordance
<br />paragraph, and in accordance with the provisions of the last will and testament as set forth in
<br />the preceding paragraph.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said final account be, and the
<br />same hereby is approved and allowed as the final account of Elizabeth M.Buhrmann, administratrix
<br />with the will annexed of the Estate of Mary Franz, deceased;
<br />That the account heretofore filed by the sa. -d Elizabeth M.Buhrmann as administratrix of the
<br />Estate of Mary Franz, deceased, be, end the same heresy is approved and allowed as the account of
<br />the said administratrix of the Estate of Mary Franz, deceased;
<br />That all claims against said estate be, and they are forever barred by law;
<br />That Lots Six (6) and Seven (7) in Block Eight (9), in (Sheridan's Place), located in the South-
<br />west Quarter (SW of the Southeast Quarter, (SE110.of Section Eight, in Township Eleven (11), North,
<br />Range Nine (9), West of the Sixth P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, belonging to said estate be, and
<br />the same hereby is assigned and set over to the Francis G.Keens Home for the Aged, located at
<br />Kearney, l�ebra.ska, and that said legatee is described in the Will of Mary Franz as the Old Ladies
<br />Home in Kearney, Nebraska, and that the Francis G.Keens Home for the Aged located in Kearney,
<br />Nebraska, is the same institution as the Old Ladies Home located in Kearney, Nebraska, notwith-
<br />standing the discrepancy in the names.
<br />That the cash in the sum of $950.22 belonging to said estate be, and the same hereby is paid
<br />over, transferred, and. delivered to the said deceased's nieces, Hazel Franz Hughes and Caroline
<br />Burrows Herman, and to the said deceased's nephews, Fred Burrows, Arthur Burrows, George Burrows,
<br />and Willard Franz; and to the said deceased's sister, Elizabeth Franz Burrows; and to the said
<br />deceased's brother, John Franz, share and share alike; triat said bequest is made according to the
<br />provision in the said last will and testament, that if either of the said testatrix's brother or
<br />sister should die before the said testatrix, then his or her share of the said estate shall go to
<br />with the provision
<br />of the said last will and
<br />testament as set forth in the preceding paragraph;
<br />that there remains
<br />the following described real estate undisposed of, to -wit: Lots Four (4) and
<br />North,Range Nine (9),West of the Sixth P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, belonging to the said estate
<br />Five (5), in Block

<br />Place), located in the Southwest-Quarter (SW4) of the
<br />and Caroline Burrows Herman; and to the said deceased's nephews, Fred Burrows, Arthur Burrows,
<br />Southeast Quarter
<br />(SE4) of Section Eight (8),
<br />in Township Eleven (11),North,Range Nine (9),West
<br />of the Sixth P.M.,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />that according to the terms of the last will and
<br />brother, John Franz, share and share alike; that said bequest is made according to the provision
<br />testament the said
<br />real estate is devised and bequeathed to the persons named in the preceding

<br />die before the said. testatrix then -his or her share shall go to his or her heirs;
<br />That upon delivery of the personal property and the possession of the real estate to the persons
<br />entitled thereto as above ordered, and upon the filing in this Court of the receipts of the heirs
<br />and legatees for their respective bequests and legacies, the said Elizabeth M.Buhrmann will be
<br />discharged from her said trust as administratrix with the will annexed of the Estate of Mary Fran,,
