<br />as administratrix of the Estate of Mary Franz, deceased, is true and correct, and that it should
<br />be allowed as the account of the said Elizabeth M.Buhrmann as administratrix of the Estate of Mary

<br />Now on this 14th day of November, 1941, this cause came on for hearing upon the final account of
<br />Elizabeth M.Buhrma.nn, administratrix with the will annexed of the estate of Mary Franz, deceased,
<br />The Court finds that due and. legal notice of the hearing of said final account r_as been given by
<br />publication as required by law, as is shown by the proof of publication filed 'herein, and finds
<br />that the Court has full jurisdiction in the premises.
<br />And the Court having examined said account and the evidence and being fully advised, finds:
<br />That the period required by law has been given to creditors of said estate to file their claims
<br />for adjustment and allowance, and. by order of this Court due and legal notice of its limitations,
<br />the time and place fixed for hearing said claims has been given by publication as required by
<br />law, and that said period has now expired; that all the claims that have been filed were allowed.;
<br />that all the claims allowed by the Court have been paid and fully satisfied; that all the expenses
<br />of last sickness, funeral and burial of the said deceased, and all chsts and expenses of adminis-
<br />tration have been fully paid and satisfied; and there is no inheritance tax due or assessable
<br />against said estate, eit}er Federal or State, or from any of the heirs or beneficiaries thereof;
<br />and that all the claims against said. estate are therefore forever barred.
<br />That said estate is fully settled, and that said final account is true and. correct and that it
<br />should be allowed as the final account of said administratrix with the will annexed of the Estate
<br />of Mary Franz, deceased; that the account heretofore filed herein by the said Elizabeth M.Buhrmann
<br />as administratrix of the Estate of Mary Franz, deceased, is true and correct, and that it should
<br />be allowed as the account of the said Elizabeth M.Buhrmann as administratrix of the Estate of Mary
<br />Franz, deceased.
