<br />the 2nd day of November 1936, the instrument purporting• to be the last will and testament of Otto
<br />Spangenberg, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 24th day of November, 1936,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Otto Spangenberg deceased, and the
<br />same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />;) SUPPLEMENTAL DECREE
<br />Now on this 26th day of December, 1941, this cause came on for hearing for a supplemental
<br />decree, and the court finds that Inez Thiel, legatee in the last will and testament of Otto Span-
<br />genberg has filed a receipt now for the bequest made to her in the last will and testament of
<br />Otto Spangenberg, and the executrix is discharged from all liability therefor.
<br />The court further finds that tIe said Otto Spangenberg was at the time of his death the
<br />owner of the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Approximately one -half acre of land being part of the East half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />of the Northeast Quarter (E SWI& NEI) of Section 10, in Township 11 North,of Range 9, West
<br />of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows: Beginning 264,feet North of the
<br />Southwest corner, of the East half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (EJSW4NEJ)
<br />of said Section, running thence North 66 feet, thence East 300 feet, thence South 66 feet,
<br />thence West 300 feet to the place of beginning.
<br />That there is a misdescription in the inventory and in the Final Decree, that said property was
<br />still standing in the name of Otto Spangenberg at the time of his deatri, but through mistake, the
<br />description was omitted from the Final Decree and from the Inventory.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED A Z DECREED by the Court that said afore described real
<br />estate did pass and descend to Anna F.Spangenberg jy virtue of the last will'and testament of
<br />Otto Spangenberg, and the same is hereby set off unto her.
