<br />memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revok-
<br />ing 411 former wills made by me.
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct my executor to Pay all my just debts out of my personal property.

<br />I give, devised and bequeath to my daughter, Inez, One Hundred Dollars (100.00) this to be
<br />paid to her when she reaches the age of twenty-one years.

<br />All of the rest and remainder of my property, owned by me at the time of my death, I give,
<br />devise and bequeath to my wife, Anna F. Spangenberg, to her and her heirs and assigns forever.
