<br />JOHN MYLER DUNCAN, DECEASED. )
<br />Now on this 20th day of December, 1941, this matter came on to be heard on the final account and
<br />petition for discharge of Elsie Dorothy Duncan, executrix of the estate of John Myler Duncan,
<br />deceased, and for the distribution of the personal property of said estate, the assignment of the
<br />real estate of said estate, and the evidence, and was submitted to the Court; on consideration
<br />thereof the Court finds that due and legal notice of the time and place of hearing on said final
<br />account and petition for discharge has been given to all persons interested in said estate, as
<br />provided by law. Thereupon, the Court being fully advised in the premises finds as follows:
<br />1.
<br />That the final account of the said Elsie Dorothy Duncan, executrix of the estate of John Myler
<br />Duncan, deceased, is in all respects just, true and correct; that due notice to creditors has been
<br />given; that all claims, namely, funeral expenses, court costs and attorney's fee, against said
<br />estate have been duly paid, and satisfied.

<br />That the deceased was the owner of tree following described personalty, to -wit:
<br />Checking account, First National Bank,
<br />Grand Island,Nebraska . ....... ..............................$ 116.61
<br />Time Deposit, First National Bank,
<br />Grand Island,Nebra.ska ....... ............................... 2000.00
<br />Savings Deposit,First National Bank,
<br />Grand island,Nebraska ....................................... 250.00
<br />which, according to the terms and provisions of tree last Will and Testament of said deceased,
<br />descends and is assigned to his heirs, Ida Louisa Duncan, wife; Dossie (Duncan) Lewis, daughter,
<br />Olive (Duncan) Hillyer,daughter; Elsie Dorothy Duncan, Daughter; and Myron J.Duncan,son, in the
<br />manner provided for in said last Will and Testament of John Myler Duncan, deceased.

<br />The Court further finds that the deceased was )ossessed of the following described real estate,
<br />to -wit:
<br />The South half (Sj) of the Northeast quarter (NEI) and the Northeast quarter (NEJ) of the
<br />Southeast quarter (SE-) consisting of 120 acres, located in Section nine (9), Township ten
<br />(10),Range eleven (11),West of the 6th P.M., located in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />which descends and is assigned to ida Louisa Duncan, wife; Dossie (Duncan) Lewis, daughter;
<br />Olive (Duncan) Hillyer, daughter; Elsie Dorothy Duncan,daughter, and Myron J.Duncan, son, in the
<br />manner provided for in the last Will and Testament of said deceased.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the final account of
<br />Elsie Dorothy Duncan, executrix of the estate of John Myler Duncan, deceased, be and the same is
<br />hereby in all things approved, confirmed and allowed; that the said Elsie Dorothy Duncan is hereby
<br />discharged from her trust as executrix of said estate, and sureties on her official bond are
<br />released.
