<br />I hereby will and bequeath unto my three daughters, share and share alike, namely: Elsie Dorothy
<br />Mary Williams John Myron Duncan
<br />Louis A.Holmes
<br />Duncan, Dossie (Duncan) Weldon, and Olive (Duncan) Hillyer. The Northeast quarter (NEJ) of the
<br />Southeast quarter (SE) of Section Nine (9),Township Ten (10),Range Eleven (11),West of the 6th
<br />P.m., consisting of forty (40) acres, I hereby will and bequeath unto my daughter, Elsie Dorothy
<br />Duncan, to be her sole property.

<br />My son, Myron J.Duncan, has oeen provided for and is cognizant of what has been done, and has
<br />voiced his willingness to accept the provisions made for him, in lieu of taking any share under
<br />this - Will.

<br />I hereby appoint my daughter, Elsie Dorothy Duncan, to serve as executrix of this, my last Will
<br />and Testament, and I hereby request tnat she be not required to give bond for the execution of the
<br />same. Should my daughter, Elsie Dorothy Duncan, be unwilling or unable for any reason to serve
<br />as executrix, then in that event, my daughter, Dossie (Duncan) Weldon, is to serve without bond.
