<br />receipts and disbursements as st7ch administratrix and that she has fully accounted for all property
<br />which has come into her hands and under her control and that the charges of said administratrix for
<br />disbursements are ,just and legal charges; and that the sum of $502.18 remains on hand for distribu-
<br />tion.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />That Effie S.Watkins, deceased, died intestate leaving no widower surviving her, and leaving as
<br />her sole and only heirs at law the following named children, to -wit: Helen Ellis, a daughter,
<br />Charles Watkins,Jr., a son, and Wilma Jensen, a daughter.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />That at the time of her death the said Effie S.Watkins was also the owner of an undivided
<br />one - fourth interest in thirty shares of stock in the Merrick County National Farm Loan Association
<br />which said Administratrix has not been able to convert into cash.
<br />EIGHTH.
<br />That Helen Ellis, Charles Watkins,Jr., and Wilma Jensen have each inherited and are entitled
<br />to one -third of the personal property of Effie S.Watkins and an undivided one -third interest in
<br />all of her share of the real estate above described.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND DECREED by the court that the accounting of the ad-
<br />ministratrix be and hereby is approved; that the interest of Effie S.Watkins in the real estate
<br />above described has descended to and is hereby assigned to Helen Ellis, Charles Watkins,Jr., and
<br />Wilma Jensen in equal shares, one -third each; that her one - fourth interest in the thirty shares of
<br />stock in the Merrick County National Farm Loan Association is hereby assigned in equal shares to
<br />the three children above named, one -third thereof to each, and the administratrix be and hereby
<br />is authorized and directed to sign any instruments or papers which may be necessary to effect said
<br />transfer; that the administratrix be and hereby is directed to distribute the money on hand in
<br />equal shares to tree three children above named, being the sum of $167.39 each; that administration
<br />herein �e and hereby is closed and said administratrix discharged and her bond released from further
<br />liability upon assigning the stock above described and filing receipts for said distributive shares.

<br />An undivided one- fourth interest in the Northeast Quarter (NE4) and a part of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NWI) more specifically described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of
<br />the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 13 North,Range 6 West of the 6th P.M., and running
<br />thence west on the section line 18.191 chains; thence south 19.56 chains to the line between
<br />the north and south half of said Northwest Quarter; thence east along said line between said
<br />north and south half of said Northwest Quarter 19.31121 chains to the 1/16 Section corner on the
<br />East line of said Northwest Quarter; thence north along said East line 19.02 chains to the place
<br />of beginning, containing 36.9 acres, all in Section Six (6), Township Thirteen (13) North, Range
<br />Six (6) West of the 6th P.M. in Merrick County, Nebraska.
