<br />All the rest and residue of my property of every kind and nature and wheresoever situated, I
<br />give, devise and bequeath, and direct that it be used as follows:
<br />That my Executor shall have the right to use said property in the manner which he thinks most
<br />advisable and to pay unto my sister, Agathe Hanford, who resides at Mentor, Minnesota, all the in-
<br />come from said property and so much of the principal of said property as he deems advisable and
<br />necessary to aid in the support of my sister during her lifetime, and for that purpose my Executor
<br />is hereby created a Trustee to use his best judgment in the handling of said property, the use of
<br />the income thereof, after the payment of specific legacies and the debts and expenses provided
<br />heretofore, unto my said sister during her lifetime, and at her death I give, devise and bequeath
<br />the remainder thereof unto her daughter, Ruth Hanford, to her and to her heirs and assigns forever.
<br />In the event that my said sister dies before my death, then the bequest to Ruth Hanford to be-
<br />come effective immediately after my death.

<br />I request the Court to appoint, if he survives me, W.A.Prince, and if not, Harold A.Prince, as
<br />Executor of this, my last Will and Testament.
