<br />The Court further finds that there was no inheritance tax to be paid.
<br />The Court further finds that the legacy provided in paragraph 3 of said will to Belle Klnnick
<br />has been paid as evidenced by her receipt on file herein.
<br />The Court further finds that said Retta Hanna at the time of her death was the owner of the
<br />following described real estate:
<br />Lot Four (4) in Block One Hundred Thirty -five (135) in Union Pacific Railway Company's
<br />Second Addition to the city of Grand Island, in Hall County, state of Nebraska.
<br />which passed and descended, under the terms of said last will and testament, of said Retta Hanna,
<br />deceased, to Hazel R.Hanna that all of the property, real and personal, in the hands of said
<br />executrix, has been delivered to Hazel R.Hanna, residuary legatee and devisee.
<br />The Court further finds that all debts of said deceased, including funeral expenses, medical
<br />bills, costs of administration, and attorneys) fees, have been paid, and that nothing further re-
<br />mains to be done by said executrix.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said
<br />Hazel R.Hanna, Executrix of the last will and testament of Retta Hanna, deceased, be, and the same
<br />is hereby, approved and allowed as and for her final report, and said estate is hereby settled
<br />and closed and said executrix discharged and her bond as such is hereby released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that under and by virtue of said last will and
<br />testament the absolute title to the following described real estate;
