<br />Retta Hanna, deceased.
<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on
<br />the 17th day of October 1940, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Retta
<br />Hanna, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 16th day of November 1940, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Retta Hanna, deceased, and the same was
<br />ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Retta Hanna, Deceased. )
<br />Now, on this 19th day of November, 1941, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Hazel R.Hanna, Executrix of the last will and testament of Retta Hanna, deceased, and upon her
<br />petition for settlement of said estate and her discharge herein, and the Court, having examined
<br />the report and records and files in said estate, and being fully advised in the premises, finds
<br />that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and
<br />place fixed for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court, and no one
<br />appearing to object to said final report, the Court examined the same, together with the vouchers
<br />on file and the testimony in support thereof, and being duly advised in the premises, finds that
<br />said report is true and correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the
<br />final report of said Executrix.
<br />The Court further finds that said Retta Hanna departed this life on the 30" day of September,
<br />1940, and at the time of her death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 17th day of October, 1940, Hazel R.Hanna filed in this
<br />court her petition praying for the allowance and probate of an instrument purporting to be the last
<br />will and testament of said Retta Hanna, deceased, that the Court fixed the 13th day of November,
<br />1940, as the date for making proof of said last will and testament, and due notice of the filing
<br />of said petition and the time and place fixed for hearing thereon was given by the Court in the
<br />manner provided by law, and on said date of November 13, 1940, the hearing was continued to the
<br />16th day of November, 1940, and on said date, November 16, 1940, said instrument was duly proven,
<br />allowed, and admitted to probate in this court aB and for the last will and testament of the said
<br />Retta Hanna, deceased, and letters teatamentary were duly issued thereon to Hazel R.Hanna, executrix
<br />as named in said last will, and she thereupon duly qualified as such.
<br />The Court finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place
<br />fixed by the Court for the filing of claims against said estate, and that said time has fully
<br />expired.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED BY THE COURT that any and all persons having claims against said
<br />estate, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any
<br />such claims against said estate.
