<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED By the Court that the report of Julia Harrett,

<br />administratrix , be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final report.

<br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of the said Jane D.Halstead, de-
<br />ceased , of the time limited and the place appointed for filing claims against her estate; that
<br />the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired, that all claims filed and allowed in said

<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that all persons are forever barred from

<br />filing or setting up any claim or demand against the estate of Jane D.Halstead.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Jane D.Halstead departed this life on the first day of
<br />August, 1928; that she was at the time of her death, a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,
<br />One -ninth thereof to Lydia Olive Black.
<br />Nebraska; that she left surviving her as her heirs at law, and only heirs at law, the following
<br />named persons, to -wit:
<br />Levi C. Halstead, her husband,
<br />Lawrence A- Halstead, a son,
<br />Bert E. Halstead, a son,
<br />Lydia Olive Black, a daughter,
<br />Julia I.Harrett, a daughter,
<br />William Black, a grandson, sole heir of Florence Halstead Black, a deceased daughter, and
<br />Dorothy Payne, Juliaette V.Rogan and Orton Hatcher, grandchildren and sole children and
<br />heirs at law of Lottie Halstead Hatcher, a deceased daughter of Jane D.Halstead,
<br />deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Jane D.Halstead was at the time of her death, the owner or
<br />Lot Two (2), in Block Eight (8), Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />and that under the law of descent, said property passed and descended as follows: one -third (1/3)
<br />thereof to Levi C. Halstead, her husband, and the remaining two- thirds (2/3) to her children and
<br />Grandchildren, as above set forth.
<br />The Court further finds that the funeral expenses, expense of last illness, the court costs and
<br />administration fees have been paid by the administratrix.
<br />The Court further finds that sq.id estate is not subject
<br />to inheritance tax under the laws of
<br />the State of Nebraska, or under the laws of the United States.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the
<br />Court that the above premises, to-wit:
<br />Lot Two (2), in Block Eight (8),Bonnie Brae Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />passed and descended as follows:
<br />One -third thereof to Levi C.Halstead,
<br />One -ninth thereof to Lawrence A.halstead,
<br />One -ninth thereof to Bert E.Halstead.
<br />One -ninth thereof to Lydia Olive Black.
<br />One -ninth to Julia I.Harrett,
<br />One -ninth to William Black,
<br />One- twenty - seventh thereof to Dorothy Payne,
<br />One- twenty - seventh thereof to Juliette V.Rogan, and
<br />One - twenty - seventh thereof to Orton Hatcher.
<br />The Court further finds that the said William Black, is
<br />the sole and only child and heir at law
<br />of Florence Halstead Black, a deceased daughter of Jane D.halstead; that Dorothy Payne, Juliaette
<br />V.Rogan and Orton Hatcher are the sold surviving children
<br />and heirs at law of Lottie Halstead
<br />Hatcher, a deceased daughter of Jane D.Halstead; And that
<br />the above described real estate did pass
<br />and descend to said heirs at law in the shares above set
<br />forth, and the same is hereby ::awarded
<br />to them.
<br />IT IS FURTH P3 ORDERED BY THE COURT that the report of the administratrix is approved; that she
<br />is hereby discharged as administratrix, her bond released, and the said estate forever closed
<br />and settled.
