67 <br />ciency Judgment has been waived by the Mortgagee. <br />The Court further finds that all claims filed against said estate including the funeral bills, <br />expenses of last illness have been fully paid and the said Gladys E.Stroshein has advanced money <br />in payment of said claims but has waived her claim against said estate for any money so advanced. <br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to Inheritance Tax under the Laws <br />of the State of Nebraska, or the United Mates. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the Report of the Administratrix be, <br />and the same is, hereby approved and allowed as and for her final account and that she is dis- <br />charged as Administratrix of said estate. <br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED by the Court that all persons are forever barred from <br />filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of Emma Bixenmann, deceased. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the undivided 3/15th.interest in and to <br />the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N-J,- NEB) of Section Twenty -Three (23), Township Ten (10), <br />Range Eleven (11) and the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (EJ SEJ NWJ) <br />of Section Thirty -five (35) all in Township Ten (10),North of Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th <br />P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of Emma Bixenmann, under the <br />laws of descent of the State of Nebraska to Gladys E.Strvshein in absolute title and the same is <br />hereby awarded to her. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that said Estate is closed and settled; that <br />all costs have been paid; that said Administratrix is discharged and her bond rbleased. <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />County Judge. <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />CERTIFICATE. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) I.
