<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Katherine Josephine Veit, to have and to hold the
<br />same to her, absolutely and forever.
<br />AND LASTLY, I do hereby constitute and appoint my wife executrix of this my last will and testa-
<br />ment, and I desire that she shall not be required to give bond for the performance of the duties of
<br />that office. Further, it is my will and desire that the aforegoing devise of this will shall op-
<br />erate upon and pass all real estate hereafter acquired and owned by me at the time of my death,
<br />and shall take effect as if made on the last day of my life; hereby revoking and annulling all
<br />former wills by me heretofore made, ratifying and confirming this and none other to be my last
<br />will and Testament.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have set my hand and seal to this, my last Will and Testament at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 6th day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and
<br />ten.

<br />Veit, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 31st day of March, 1920, said
<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last
<br />will and testament of the real personal estate of said William Veit, deceased, and the same was
<br />ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Katherine Josephine Veit, Executrix of the last Will and Testament of William Veit, deceased,
<br />and upon her petition for the approval and allowance of said report,the settlement of said estate
<br />and her discharge herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein, and being
<br />fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of
<br />the time and place fixed for hearing upon the said report and petition, and no one appearing to
<br />Abject to said report, and the Court having examined said report, together with the vouchers on
<br />fi e, finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that said report ought to be
<br />appr ved and allowed as and for the final report of said executrix, said estate settled and closed
