<br />I, William Veit, of the City of Grand Island,County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, being of
<br />sound mind, memory and understanding, but considering the certainty of death, and the uncertainty
<br />of the time thereof, do hereby make, published and declare this my last will and testament in man-
<br />per and form the following:
<br />FIRST: I direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease
<br />Ls conveniently can be done.
<br />SECOND: I hereby give and bequeath to each of my children who survive me the sum of Five
<br />Iundred Dollars ($500). And in case any of my children are minors I recommend that the court
<br />tppoint their mother as their guardian.
<br />Third: All the rest and residue of my estate, real, personal and mixed, wheresoever situated,
