<br />The Court further finds that the testator was possessed
<br />of the following described property
<br />located in Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />All of Lot
<br />six (6), Block Ninety- five,Original
<br />Town, and the will proved that the above described
<br />property
<br />is to pass on to the widow to be her
<br />own absolutely and forever.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, AND
<br />DECREED that
<br />the said last will and testament be and
<br />the same is hereby duly proved, approved, and
<br />probated and
<br />allowed as the valid last will and tes-
<br />tament of the said Heinrich Willman,deceased,
<br />and the same
<br />is hereby ordered to be recorded as
<br />provided by law.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Heinrich Willman at the time of hit death was the owner in
<br />fee simple of: All of Lot six (6) Block Ninety- five,Original Town, located in Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />and that by the terms of the said last will and testament the said real estate belonging to the
<br />said Heinrich Willman, deceased, was duly devised to Mary Willman.
<br />The Court further finds that there were no other bequests in said last will and testament,and that a
<br />decree should be entered herein finding that said real estate,descended to the said Mary Willman,free
<br />and clear of all debts,claims and demands against the said Heinrich Willman,deceased,and assigning
<br />and distributing the said real estate under the provisions of said last will and testament to
<br />Mary Willman.

<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,FURTHER CONSIDERED,ORDERED AND DECREED that noAExecutrix,Administrator or Admin-
<br />istratrix,with the will annexed,be appointed herein.That further administration of the said estate
<br />be dispensed with and that the rea?. estate hereinbefore described owned by the said Heinrich Willman,
<br />deceased,at the time of his death be and the same is hereby assigned to Mary Willman,in fee simple,and
<br />free and clear of all encumbrances,debts,and demands against the estate of the said Heinrich Willman,
<br />deceased.
<br />IT IS,FURTHER CONSIDERED,ORDERED AND DECREED that this decree shall be binding and conclusive upon
<br />all persons,including creditors,heirs at law,devisees,legatees and other persons interested in
<br />said estate;that all claims or demands against the estate of said decedent,whether due or to be-
<br />come due,whether absolute or contingent,shall be forever barred.

<br />October 1941,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Heinrich Willman
<br />deceased,was filed for probate in this Court.That on the 12th day of November 1941,said instrument
<br />to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed as the last will and testament
<br />of the real and personal estate of said Heinrich Willman deceased,and the same was ordered to be
<br />recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
