<br />the foregoing copy of Final Decree, In the Matter of the Estate of John C.Barr, Deceased, with the
<br />original record thereof, now remaining in said Court; that the same is a correct transcript
<br />thereof, and of the whole of said original record; that said Court has no clerk authorized to sign
<br />certificates in his own name, and that I have the legal custody and control of said original

<br />Heinrich Willman, deceased. )
<br />Now on this 12th day of November, 1941, this matter came on to be heard before the Court upon
<br />the petition of Mary Willman, the pleadings and the evidence duly introduced. The Court being
<br />fully advised in the premises finds that an order has been duly entered herein fixing this day for
<br />the hearing of said petition and directiong that notice be given to all persons interested in said
<br />estate as provided by law; that such notice has been duly given by publication as provided by law
<br />and as shown by the affidavit of publication on file herein.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Heinrich Willman, being a citizen and resident of
<br />Grand Island,Hal1 County, State of Nebraska, died testate on July 12, 1932, leaving as his sole
<br />and only heirs at law the following named persons: his widow, Mary Willman, Grand Island,Nebraska;
<br />Henry Willman, age 50, son, Greeley Colorado; George Willman, age 49, son, Council Bluffs, Iowa;
<br />Kate Hofferber, age 44, daughter, Grand Island,Nebraska; Marie Willman Woodworth,age 39,daughter,
<br />Grand Island,Nebraska; Molly Willman Craft, 37, daughter, Aurora, Nebraska; John Willman, age 35,
<br />son, Grand Island,Nebraska; Daniel Willman, age 31, son, Grand Island,Nebraska; David Willman, age
<br />32, son, Grand Island,Nebraska; all of the foregoing heirs are adults who are over the age of 21
<br />years.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Heinrich Willman left a last will and testament duly
<br />executed on July 15, 1931, in Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, the original of which is on file
<br />herein.
<br />The Court further finds that no application has been made in the state of Nebraska, or elsewhere,
<br />to admit the last will and testament of the said Heinrich Willman to probate, either by the creditors,
<br />heirs, legatees, devisees, or the Executor named therein, or by any other persons interested in the
<br />estate of the said Heinrich Willman, or in his said last will and testament, and that more than two
<br />years have elapsed since the death of the said Heinrich Willman.
<br />The Court further finds that the instrument filed herein purporting to be the last will and tes-
<br />tament of the said Heinrich Willman, deceased, is his valid last will and testament, that it was
<br />executed according to law and that at the time of the execution thereof the said Heinrich Willman
<br />was of full age, of sound and disposing mind and memory and not under restraint, and that the said
<br />last will and testament has been duly proved according to law.
