<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE )
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />OF ELLA McINTOSH, DECEASED. )
<br />Now on the 15th day o.f October, 1941, this matter came on to be heard on the final account and
<br />petition for discharge Qf Clarence J.McIntosh, administrator of the estate of Ella McIntosh, de-
<br />ceased, and for the distribution of the real and personal property of said estate, and the evidence,
<br />and was submitted to the Court.; on consideration whereof the Court finds that due and legal notice
<br />of the time and place of hearing on said final account and petition for discharge has been given to
<br />all persons interested in said estate, as provided by law. Thereupon the Court being fully advised
<br />in the premises finds as follows:
<br />1.
<br />That the final account of the said Clarence J.Mclntosh, administrator of the estate of Ella McIntosh,
<br />deceased, is in all respects just, true and correct; that due notice to creditors has been given;
<br />that all claims, including funeral expenses, court costs, and attorney's fee against said estate
<br />have been duly paid and satisfied.

<br />That the deceased left an estate consisting of the following described regl and personal property,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Lot sixteen (16), Block twenty -five (25) in College Addition to West Lawn, in the city of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />One -half interest in the Southeast quarter (SEJ) of Section thirty -three (33), Township twenty -one
<br />(21) North,Ra.nge twenty -five (25), W.I.M.,Ellis County, Oklahoma,
<br />Texaco Service Station located on a parcel of land in the Northeast corner of Tax Lot fifteen (15),
<br />Subdivision of the Southeast quarter (SEJ) of Section seven (7), Township twelve (12),Range seven
<br />(7),West of the 6th P.M., more particularly boundgd and described as follows: Commencing at a point
<br />on the East boundry line of said Tax Lot fifteen t15) and 230 feet from the center of the Union
<br />Pacific Railway right -of -way and running thence a distance of 70 feet in a Southwesterly direction
<br />on a line parallel with the South line of the Union Pacific Railway right -of -way; thence running a
<br />distance of 75 feet due South on a line parallel with the East side of Tax Lot 15; thence running
<br />due East at right angles with the East line of said Tax Lot 15 to a point on the said East line of
<br />Tax Lot 15; thence running North on the said East line of said Tax Lot 15 to the point of beginning,
<br />located in Chapman, Merrick County, Nebraska;
<br />One -half of mortgage on all that part of the East one -half (EJ) of the East half (EJ) of Section
<br />eighteen (19) Township twenty -one (21) North,Range twenty -fo r (24), W.I.M., South of South line of
<br />A.T. & S.F. Ry., also that part of the Northwest quarter (NW) of the Northwest quarter (NWi) of
<br />Section seventeen (17), Township t7lenty -one (21),North,Range- twenty -four (24),W.I.M. South of the
<br />South line of right -of -way of A.T.& S.F. Ry., of the Indian Meridian, located in Ellis County,
<br />Oklahoma, given by W. F. Allinger;
<br />One 1939 Buick Sedan;
<br />RoseAnn Beauty Shop and fixtures;
<br />Fifty shares of Electric Bond & Share stock;
<br />which is assigned to the Following heirs; Clarence J.McIntosh, her husband; and Del Forrest T.Winn,
<br />her son.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the final account of the
<br />said Clarence J. McIntosh, administrator of the estate of Ella Mclntosh,deceased, be and the same
<br />is hereby in all things, approved, confirmed and allowed; that the said Clarence J.McIntosh is
<br />hereby discharged from his trust as administrator of the said estate, and the sureties on his
<br />official bond are released.
