<br />The Court finds that said Della Faidley died on the 18th day of September, 1939, that at the
<br />time of her death she was a. resident and' inhabitant of Orange County, state of California, that
<br />she left a last will and testament which was, on the 6th day of October, 1939, duly proven, allowed
<br />and admitted to probate in the Superior Court of the State of,California in and for the County of
<br />Orange, said court having jurisdiction of the probate of wills in said county and state, and being
<br />the court having original jurisdiction of the probate of the will of said Della Faidley, deceased,
<br />a duly certified copy of which said. last will and testament, together with the certificate of
<br />probate thereof, was herein filed for allowance and probate in this county as a` foreign will.
<br />The Court furthler finds that on the 14th day of February, 1941, a petition was filed herein
<br />for the allowance and probate of said foreign will, that due and legal notice of tie date for making
<br />proof thereof on the 12th day of Marta, 1941, was given, that upon said date said instrument was
<br />duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this court as and for the last will and testament of
<br />said Della Faidley, deceased, and letters testamentary were issued to Hollis Showalter, who filed
<br />his bond and. aualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for filing claims against said estate an_d t:,1at all claims filed have been
<br />paid. in full.
<br />The Court further finds that said Della Faidley died as the owner in fee simple of the following
<br />described real estate in the state of Nebraska.:
<br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block Five (5) in Charles Wasmer's Addition to the city of
<br />Grand Island, in Hall County, state of Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to an inheritance tax in the state of
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that all claims have been paid, and the costs of this proceeding have
<br />been paid, and tint possession of said. real estate has been delivered to Hollis Showalter,Trustee
<br />as provided by the terms of said last will and testament of Della Faidley,deceased.
<br />IT IS, THE?EFORE, OAllERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said final report be, and the
<br />same is hereby, approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Executor, and said estate
<br />is hereby settled and closed and said Executor discharged from his bond as such, and is hereby
<br />released.
<br />IT IS FURTH7R ORDERED, ADJUDGED ADD DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims, if any such there be,
<br />against said estate, not filed herein, are forever barred and precluded.
