<br />THE PETITION OF Hollis Showalter, hereinbefore filed in the above entitled matter, praying
<br />for the admission to probate of a certain document filed herein, purporting to be the last Will
<br />and Testament of Della Faidley, deceased, to be appointed Executor of the said last Will and
<br />Testament of said deceased, and that Letters Testamentary thereon be granted to said petitioner,
<br />this day regularly coming on to be heard; and due proof being made that notice has been duly given
<br />of the time appointed for proving said Will, and for hearing said petition, according to law, to
<br />all parties interest; and after examining the said petitioner and F.C.Drumm, one of the subscribing
<br />witnesses to said Will, and it appearing that said document is the Last Will and Testament of said
<br />Della Faidley, deceased; that it was executed in all particulars as required by law and that the
<br />s4id testatrix at the time of the execution of the same, was of sound and disposing mind, and not
<br />acting under undue influence, menace, fraud or duress, and that said testatrix died on or about
<br />the 18th day of September, A.D., 1939, and was a resident of the County of Orange in the State of
<br />California at the time of her death, and that she left an estate of the value and character as
<br />follows, to -wit: Personal estate to the value of Fifty thousand Dollars or thereabouts.

<br />IT IS ORDERED, That the said document heretofore filed, purporting to be the last Will and
<br />Testament of Della Faidley, deceased, be admitted to probate as the last Will and Testament of
<br />said deceased, and. that said HOLLIS SHOWALTER be, and he is hereby appointed Executor and that
<br />letters testamentary tr?ereon issue to said petitioner, upon taking oath as required by law.
