<br />I, DELLA FAIDLEY, a resident of Orange, Orange County, California, of lawful age and sound and
<br />disposing mind and memory, and not acting under duress, menace, fraud or undue influence of any
<br />person, do make, publish and declare my last Will and Testament as follows:
<br />First: I direct that my Executor pay all of my just debts, last illness and burial expenses.
<br />Second:I am the widow of Harry Cleveland Faidley, end have not rema.rried._since his death and
<br />have no present intention of being married; but if I should later marry, I hereby give, devise and
<br />bequeath to the man I marry the sum of One Dollar.
<br />Third: I hereby give and bequeath to my sister, GRACE SHEWALTER, my large diamond ring and my
<br />automobile. I give and bequeath to my sister, TUTH THOMPSON, my ring set with two diamonds and
<br />all furniture and household effects located in the State of California. The furniture and house-
<br />hold effects I assume she will distribute among my relatives, either in her discretion or according
<br />to my directions, if I leave directions, I give and bequeath my piano to HCLLIS SHOWALTER , my
<br />nephew.
<br />Fourth: All the rest and residue of my estate, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situated, I
<br />give, devise and bequeath to my spid nephew, Hollis Showalter, IN TRUST nevertheless, with the
<br />powers and for the uses and purroses hereinafter set forth:
<br />To hold any property received in this trust as long as he may deem advisable.
<br />To manage, control, sell, convey, exchange, partition, divide, sub- divide, improve, repair; to
<br />grant options and to sell uz)on deferred payments; to lease for terms within or extending beyond
<br />the duration of this trust for any purpose, including exploration for and. removal of gas, oil and
<br />other minerals; to compromise, arbitrate or other-Tise adjust claims in favor of or against the
<br />trust; to create restrictions, easements and other servitudes; to carry such insurance as the
