<br />The Court finds that said report is true and correct in all things and is hereby approved and

<br />The Court finds that Bertha J.Uebel (formerly known as Bertha J.Nicolay), died on the 9th day
<br />of March, 1941, and at the time of her death was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That on the 15th day of March, 1941, C.Fred Uebel and Thelma Orendorff filed a petition herein,
<br />praying for the allowance and probate of an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament
<br />of Bertha J.Uebel (formerly known as Bertha J.Nicolay), deceased; that the Court thereupon fixed
<br />the 9th day of April, 1941, as the date for making proof thereof, and due and legal notice was
<br />given of the time and place fixed for hearing thereon, as ordered by the Court, and on said date,
<br />April 9, 1941, said instrument wa.s duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate as and for the
<br />last will and testament of Bertha J.Uebel (formerly known as Bertha J.Nicolay), deceased, and
<br />letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to William Suhr,Executor, as named in said last will
<br />and testament, and he thereupon duly qualified as such.
<br />The Court finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place
<br />fixed by the Court for hearing of claims against said estate, that all claims herein allowed, and
<br />costs of administration, have been paid and settled, as shown by the receipts filed herein.
<br />The Court finds that the time for filing claims has expired, and IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED,
