<br />.° WILL AND DECREE
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF BERTHA J.NICOLAY
<br />I, Bertha J.Nicolay, of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do
<br />make, publish, and declare this, my last will and testament as follows:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that all of my ,just debts, including the expenses of my last sickness and burial, be
<br />first paid out of my estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath unto my children, William O. Uebel, Lulu E. Tilley, C. Fred Uebel,
<br />and Thelma Orendorff, in equal shares, all of my real and personal property whatsoever.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give to my husband, Frank L.Nicolay, nothing, for the reason that upon his representations
<br />that he was divorced and a single man, I married him at Hastings, Nebraska, on September 14, 1925,
<br />and now learn that he was not divorced and is still married to a woman in Michigan, and has never
<br />been divorced from her.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I name, nominate and appoint William Suhr, of Grand Island, Nebraska, Executor of this, my last
<br />will and testament.
<br />In TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto signed my name to this instrument as_my last will and
<br />testament on this 16th day of April, 1926.

<br />15th day of March, 1941, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Bertha J.
<br />Uebel, formerly known as Bertha J.Nicolay, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That
<br />on the 9th day of April, 1941, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly
<br />proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and peradnal estate of
<br />said Bertha J.Uebel, formerly known as Bertha J.Nicolay, deceased, and the same was ordered to be
<br />recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
