It is further apj�earing that the said John C.Seier died seized of the real estate hereinabove
<br />described, it is further ordered and adjudged that the said Sophie Marie Beier, widow of said
<br />deceased do have and take and there is hereby assigned to her under and by virtue of the terms of
<br />the last will and testament of said deceased, all of the real estate hereinabove described to have
<br />and to hold the same for the period of her natural life, and that at her death the remainder of
<br />said real estate, he gave and devised the same to his children, share and share alike, as follows:
<br />Minnie Wicht, Anne Beier, Frieda Duffy, Emma Zlomke, Johnnie Beier, Lena Davis, Henry Beier,
<br />Sophie Orr, formerly Sophie Beier, Gladys Juhnke, and Ralph Beier, and further directed his execu-
<br />tors and their successors to convey the same to his said children, and the lawful issue of any
<br />deceased child by right of representation absolutely.
<br />That Sophie Marie Beier, widow of said deceased do have and take and there is hereby assigned
<br />to her under the terms of the last will and testament of said deceased all of the rest and residue
<br />of the personal estate and effects of whatever kind or nature hereinabove described and described
<br />as follows:
<br />209 head of cows, 89 head being on the east ranch, �3 head being on the. west ranch and 37
<br />head being on the place occupied by Ralph Beier; a one -half interest in 132 head of calves
<br />from the above described cows; one steer; one mule; 205 bushels of rye; one McCormick Deering
<br />binder; one gas engine; two mowers; one rake; one dis.e; three cultivators; two listers; one
<br />riding plow; one 2 row Go- devil; two wacons; two sets of harness; one single row drill; and
<br />one share of stock in the Long Pine Hospital Association.
<br />and the sum of $247.69 being the money on hand in the hands of the executrix and executor after
<br />all debts, legacies and costs in said estate have been fully paid and the executrix and executor
<br />of said estate are authorized and directed to execute the necessary bills of sale, assignments and
<br />other instruments necessary to transfer said personal property above described to said Sophie Marie
<br />Beier, widow of said deceased.
<br />The caude then came on before the Court for the assessment of inheritance taxes, in thepreSCrrce
<br />County Attorney Wm.C.Smith, Jr. in and for Brown County, Nebraska who was present in Court for
<br />that purpose. The Court finds that there are no inheritance taxes due the United States of America
<br />or the State of Nebraska after deducting the exemptions allowed by law.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed upon the executrix and executor filing receipts
<br />showing the delivery of the personal property hereinabove described and the payment of legacies
<br />and costs hereinabove ordered, that said executrix and executor shall be discharged from further
<br />liability in so far as the personal property and money in the above estate is concerned but that
<br />said executrix and executor shall be continued in their trust in so far as the real estate herein-
<br />above described is concerned.
