<br />acres, to a point where the center of said road intersects the north line of said forty
<br />acres, two hundred six feet west of the northeast corner of said forty acres; thence west
<br />along the north line of said forty acres to the northwest corner of said forty acres; thence
<br />south along the west line of said fott acres, eight hundred ninety -one feet to the place of
<br />beginning, which place of beginning is four hundred twenty -nine feet north of the southwest
<br />corner of above described forty acres, and on its west line, except 0.926 acres deeded unto
<br />the State of Nebraska on October 12th,1940 said deed being recorded in Book 37 of Deeds at
<br />Page 430 in the County Clerk's office of Brown County, Nebraska,$
<br />Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Hann's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County:,.
<br />Nebraska.
<br />That by the terms of his said last will and testament which has been admitted to probate
<br />herein the said John C.Seier did devise and bequeath all of his real property to Sophie Marie
<br />Seier, his widow, to have and to hold the same for the period of her natural life, and at her
<br />death the remainder of said real estate, he gave and devised the same to his children, share and
<br />share alike, as follows:
<br />Minnie Wicht, Anne Seier, Frieda Duffy, Emma Zlomke, Johnnie Seier, Lena Davis,
<br />henry Seier, Sophie Orr, formerly Sophie Seier, Gladys Juhnke, and Ralph Seier,
<br />and further directed his executors and their successors to convey the same to his' said children,
<br />and the lawful issue of and deceased child by right of representation absolutely.
<br />The Court further finds that Sophie Seier, a daughter of John C.Seier, deceased and named
<br />as a legatee in the last will and testament of said deceased, is now a married woman and her
<br />name is Sophie Orr and that Sophie Seier and Sophie Orr is one and the same person.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT:
<br />That all claims against and debts of the estate of the said John C.Seier have been duly
<br />paid except $5.97 for publication of Notice of Final Hearing and $4.10 for recording Final Decree,
<br />Certificate of Probate and Certified copy of Will in Brown County, Nebraska.and $4.55 for recording
<br />Final Decree, Certificate of Probate and Certified copy of Will in Rock County, Nebraska and $3.65
<br />for recording Final Decree, Certificate of Probate and Certified copy of Will in Hall County, Ne-
<br />braska and that on payment 'of said items all claims against and debts of said estate will have
<br />been paid in full.
<br />That all claims against and debts of said estate not heretofore filed and allowed be, and
<br />the same hereby are forever barred.
<br />That the report of the executrix and executor be, and the same hereby is in all things
<br />approved and confirmed.
